  1. Have the argos won anything since they got him? The Riders have won a lot since they dealt him. Guy is a straight up cancer. I don't care what kind of talent he has he is pure poison on a team.
  2. There is no contest in the CFL when it comes to teams acting like complete jackasses on the field. The Riders are tops in that category and there's no competition.
  3. Thank god for that
  4. Yeah I don't believe they have the best DBs in the league for a second. They got some big time players in the front 7 and some fine DBs, but it's a pretty shallow group on D overall that really relies on that handful of people to get it done. I mean their defensive tackles are nothing really special, but their ends are pretty damned good, their middle linebacker options suck, but Eguavoen is a hell of a player, just as a couple examples.
  5. I wish the gamma radiation had killed you.
  6. The fact that you don't even entertain the rest of the statement tells me that all your "experience" is bullshit. Politics is full of crap all around yes we agree on that, but there are huge differences between the levels the Republicans will stoop to and what the Democrats will do and if you can't see that and admit that and accept that then you are being wilfully blind because you are on team right. I'm a conservative leaning person myself but I can admit to the faults that exist within conservatism and I can sure as **** see that Trump is a clown dragging America down and the Republicans are busy grabbing as much for themselves and their rich buddies as they can while the getting is good. They are pretty much at the point of ripping copper wire out of the walls right now.
  7. again, it's a long term game. Things don't happen over night. That economy will drop and it'll be because of trumps policies, just in time for the Democrats to take the blame.
  8. Bullshit. Trying to reduce the argument down to "they're all the same" is blatantly ignoring the very real and very damaging differences between how each party operates. There's lots of bullshit on all sides in politics, but the way Republicans and Democrats operate couldn't be more different. Democrats are at least willing to try and compromise with Rebuplicans. Hell the guy Obama nominated for the supreme court (since this is a relevant example to use right now) was a right winger anyway! He was quite popular among Republicans and Republican senators have flat out said they couldn't have a hearing on the guy because there was no reason to not confirm him so they delayed it with the hope that they'd get a Republican president and could put a Republican nominee in the position. Now compare that with Kavanaugh and the games you say the Democrats are playing... Just watching him in front of the senate I know that guy would make a horrible judge. He went on a red faced tirade about the left and the Clintons and even went so far as to threaten repercussions for him even having to answer questions about very real accusations of sexual misconduct. So tell me again about how they're all playing the same games.... Democrats are playing tiddlywinks, Republicans are in a bar room brawl.
  9. but small businesses are hurt by tariffs. Trump is helping one group and one group only, the ultra wealthy and to hell with the rest.
  10. And Trump has done nothing but start trade wars and give the rich a tax cut. How do you think that will play out in the long run? Honestly I am curious.
  11. Assuming he is actually healthy.
  12. So you equate delaying a hearing because it was a judge nominated by Obama for purely political reasons with the Democrats wanting to delay confirming a guy with multiple sexual assault allegations against him AND a highly partisan individual. And it's the left that is the ones being divisive.... right.
  13. The economy was already strong, tax cuts gave the stock market a bump, but it will be short lived and will do more harm than good in the long run.
  14. So there is no difference between Trump and the Republican party, if there was they'd put the brakes on his lunacy, instead they are doubling down getting in line behind him cause the whackos in the base love the guy cause he enables their bigotry and makes it seem like a legitimate stance to have. Second of all there are plenty of studies that show in fact that Republicans are worse for the economy than Democrats. The problem is that economies are slow moving things and the impact of a government really isn't fully seen until they're out of office. The economy is good in the states now, thanks to the previous president. Trumps moronic course of action won't really hit home unitl he's out of office. Just in time for the Republicans to get up in arms about the democrats having a shitty economy! It works cause people are stupid.
  15. so you're really not interested in actually discussing things and instead are choosing to simply talk **** about the bombers. GTFO of here with that nonsense. Come back when you want to talk football, though I don't truly expect any Rider fan to have a hot clue about football so maybe the fault is mine for expecting too much from you.
  16. Unfortunately I don't see Jennings being able to beat the Riders. Way to beat the Riders is to protect the football and I don't trust Jennings to protect the football at all.
  17. will always remember Gordon getting knocked the **** out when he went up for a pass and still hanging onto the ball for a key first down.
  18. Reilly is simply showing the effects of getting the **** kicked out of him for the last few years. Could see over the summer he was slowing down and now after even .ore punishment he is hurting bad out there. Just goes to show how paramount it is to protect a qb.
  19. It takes a special kind of stupid to argue that the Stamps aren't beat up, have you seen their receiver depth? That impacts any team no matter how good they are.
  20. I dunno, facing the Riders and a beat up stamps team isn't all that daunting a proposal to be honest.
  21. Guy lines up ar half back, teams put their best receivers in the slot, and you wonder why the half backs get targeted more? Every db gets beat at times, but Alexander has been a really good player for us this year. For my money he's been the best, though a late charge from sayles makes it close.
  22. More like a shitty Casey Printers.
  23. Alexander has been great this year. Anyone who doesn't see it isn't paying attention.
  24. Because some people are one track minds. Jennings though has got to be the most frustrating qb to have on your team. Comes I shows the raw tools and catches the league unaware but then rests on his tools and doesn't know what to do when the league figures out his schtick. Just embarrassing. Be a pro and he could be a good qb, but no too dumb to try and be better.
  25. If the db avoids the post by being shallow dressler can go deep on him. Just a guy using the field to his advantage
