agreed, he only got them cause no one wanted to come here. I don't like Lapo and Hall cause they were training wheels coordinators. Couple former head coaches to try and help a still inexperienced head coach in O'Shea. Let's take those training wheels off and let him hire some people he really feels strongly about.

We got depth on the OL, depth at receiver, enough Canadians scattered on the D, good special teams guys and he's sitting on 2 first round draft picks this year... No but the way you do have long term success is a steady stream of quality Canadian players and a quarterback. If Adams is supposed to be the top receiver on the team the he damned well should be in the slot.

Can think of one example where Bighill got into the backfield in a hell of a hurry but Mitchell didn't go down, rolled out of the pocket and fired a pass downfield for a big gain. I think though that part of the problem with the D is that the blitzing we do is pretty predictable and teams know where to go to beat it when they see it.
