Plus he gassed two passes that should have been pretty routine catches. Yeah The one late catch was good but he didn't really impress otherwise

The int loffler had was a beauty simply for how he just fought for it all the way and took it away from Fantuz

Official GDT: vs Ham 08/03/16 Game Day We All Play!

I was in Maui in April as well and I want to go back daily. Why does no one think to invite everyone -
I think of all the names you listed Elliott was quite easily the best one here... His problem was he rebelled against the passive coaching and threw some interceptions and he never got any traction with the coaching staff after that.

Or do we throw young qbs into a situation with bad teams and expect them to work miracles and throw them on the scrap heap when they don't? Cause we haven't exactly had great teams here lately.

**** it, can Milt suit up and play? Probably still be the most dangerous receiver in the lineup considering the injuries. -
The other thing that is a concern is when a movie goes back for a ton of reshoots to get things right. Reshoots in themselves aren't bad, but reshoots that seemed to be based on the criticism of batman vs. superman tells me that the studio is in panic mode trying to engineer a hit rather than trusting the creative people to get it right.

I always love the olympics too, it's fun watching the sports that aren't seen every day and pretending to be an expert on them. I know there are always questions about the host city and "oh it's going to be a disaster" but I really think that this time it's a lot more valid. Things not being finished like the case in Sochi or China being corrupt and lots of air pollution are one thing, but all the reports of you're putting your health at risk by going in the water are quite another.

Is it possible you are thinking of Davin Bush who played in Saskatchewan and was similarly beaten by Milt for 4 tds in a game.

Riders Vs. Als "Bottom of the Barrel Edition"

My question is, would there have been a punishment handed down if the Riders had won rather than getting their asses handed to them? How would that have played out. The other question, what the hell were the refs watching that they didn't notice it? The whole point of designated imports is to prevent this sort of thing from happening. -
The real impressive thing about Milt is how he did all that he did with a whole lot of shitty, shitty quarterbacks. His numbers exploded with Khari Jones but that only lasted a few years then he got Glenn who is Glenn, OK but not great. Other than those two is was a steaming pile of crap to work with and he STILL has amazing career numbers.
-
This is I think the real key here. Milanovich has seen good performances from his quarterbacks his whole coaching career. I suspect that he is as good an offensive coach as the reputation suggests. Maas arguably helped Ray more than Ray helped Maas cause Maas was playing in Edmonton before Ray showed up and when Ray did have some downs in Edmonton they threw Maas in to settle things down.

Was Denmark replaced by better talent though? Injury prone is still something that you can give 2nd chances too and the whole point with lirim is that he had a good rookie year and poor sophmore year so you could in theory say the poor 2nd year is the anomaly and give him a chance to redeem himself. Not the only guys Walters has moved on from quickly either and I doubt they are the last. Guy is quick to move on. -

Around The League Regular Season Discussion

TSN has a problem where they think the game on it's own isn't enough of a selling point so they have to add in all the extra crap. It's nonsense. let the game sell itself, a good example would be the Saturday night game between Calgary and BC, that game was exciting from the get go and the finish can not be beat. I am glad I was in the stadium for it rather than having to listen to TSN try and push a bunch of un-needed hype. -
but by not piling on Willy and proclaiming him the worst person in the world! you are just a blind Willy defender.

But sometimes guys have bad seasons and bounce back, I never doubted that Arugula would bounce back, but Kyle Walters has a history of not giving guys that chance to rebound. -
I always felt that Denmark was a guy worth giving a shot to bounce back. He may not be a #1 guy but he did some good things for this team in the past.

The thing that really stood out about jennings to me was how easily he can fire a hard pass down field. Good strong arm on that guy and lots of ability to make things happen on the run but he definitely forced things at the end. He wasn't trying to throw out of bounds he just got pressured and didn't get enough on it. OT he tried to force it again and it cost him. -

Yeah i won some tickets to the game and the crowd was pretty into it at the end but there was a smattering of boos in the middle of the game and some general Calgary fan ass hattery throughout. I did laugh at all the people leaving. Missed a hell of a comeback. -

Anyone still going to go to bat for Gale? -
I still think he's too passive but it was a good game plan, I also think that the esks shuffling bodies around on their offensive line helped a ton too because our defensive line won the battle on the line of scrimmage pretty decisively. Reilly was flustered and that rarely happens.
