  1. People sell ford's passing short IMO. He ain't a world beater but he isn't as awful as some make him seem. He has a lot of development to do as a passer so it will be interesting to see if he manages to improve.
  2. Should... but do we think that will happen?
  3. Hmmmmm is this actually true or was it just the bo Levi Mitchell showed up? Arbuckle fizzled, maier was lackluster.... before that it was the likes of tate and Glenn and Burris....
  4. The bottom line is our star best in the league, highest paid in the league got out played by a 3rd stringer cosplaying as a starter. That's not OK.
  5. Interest in the team was down, gotta put in the hard sell for the stupid bandwagon fans.
  6. Yeah Mike Reilly went back for an assload of money that crippled the team. The entire point is to spend less on qb and get good results.
  7. Mitchell is cooked though so it wasn't wrong to move on. Guess it depends on whether or not you think brown is better than maier... which I do personally. Was never impressed with maier. Too much throw short nonsense, didn't threaten a team with anything else. Ideally we can get brown back, but if he leaves and collaros continues to age (and let's not pretend that's not showing signs here) are we left with nothing but an aging star?
  8. West final 2022 was probably ok as well. He took it personal with all the Rourke stuff but my memory is fuzzy.
  9. 2019 west final he started off on fire but then 2nd half was all streveler running for some reason.
  10. 2019 and 2020 it was the defense that carried things in the Grey Cup games mostly anyway.
  11. More like people are looking at this age and some underwhelming post season coupled with the fact that Dru Brown has developed so well and performed comparably to Collaros with the same team. It's a risk, but if you save money at the qb position and can get some assets for collaros and not see a big drop does it make you team better long term?
  12. Yeah but that was Mike Kelly. I for one called him an idiot for it.
  13. Old man wonders why another younger, old man should have to retire.
  14. No I'm asking to spur a conversation about it. It wasn't Neufeld or hardrick... nor Bryant IMO so really it comes down to Kolo or Gray. Just curious what others views are.
  15. Shivers is a Jones disciple though is he not? So it's just bringing in one of his own.
  16. Neufeld was arguably the teams best OL last season so him being back is good. Just wonder what the plan is for the young guys.
