I saw MOS pat a player on the helmet after he took an undisciplined penalty. If it was Austin he'd be seething at him. I think there's a lack of accountability on the team led by the HC.

one more than we had when Taman was here. That's been the Bombers MO prior to Miller. Cheap out on football ops. Isn't that what Taman is being criticized for in Saskatchewan now? They have virtually no scouting dept.

I knew we had only Moll doing the scouting but listening to him describe it, it was a **** show.

We can have Tom Brady here but until we have a great OL we won't go anywhere as a team.

How could one guy be expected to cover all of the United States? As good as Moll might have been, how many players slipped by him because it just wasn't humanly possible to do his job to the best of his ability? If the Bombers had more money to spend on scouting but Mack refused to do it then he was a fool & ultimately it cost him his job. Too bad Mack took Ken Moll down with him. Moll made a good point about free agent camps being a money maker for CFL teams & that they do exploit players by charging a hundred bucks to attend. He's probably right but that's the way it is if a young FA player wants to be seen by CFL teams. I know Toronto, Calgary & BC have signed a lot of players over the years from these camps so it's hard to criticize the way CFL teams (now including the Bombers) do business. If I had a chance to play pro football I'd gladly fork over a hundred bucks for the chance. Anyway, interesting video & thanks for posting it.

Why can't we recruit qbs like that? Other teams do it. Nah, the team continuosly brings in guys like Brink, Elliott, Hall, Goltz & Brohm & tries to pass them off as legit pro qb prospects to long suffering Bomber fans.

Can Marve do what Franklin did tonight? Let's hope he shows he can win games starting.

Coaches make mistakes that sometimes cost them their jobs. I wonder how long O'Shea would last under Popp. With their team not long. He has more rope here with Walters. At least until season's end. The next 10 games may tell his future.

Paredes is under contract but I don't know when it expires. He was solid his first 2 seasons & inconsistent the past 1 1/2 seasons. Crapigna is very good & would be a starting kicker elsewhere. I can't see him coming back next season if the Stamps put him on the PR again.

Looks like Higgins lost the locker room from what was being said on TSN. The benching of Bowman really upset the veterans & making Calvillo the receivers coach instead of the qb coach meaning the young qbs had no position coach despite AC's nearly 20 years as a player in the CFL didn't seem to sit well with a lot of players on the team or Jim Popp as it made no sense.

His last name would open him up to all sorts of ridicule here. We already have Willy for that. No deal. I know, his name is funny but big leg & accurate as well. Someone will sign him...

There's a extremely good Canadian kicker on the Stamps PR named Tyler Crapigna who is the all time CIS leading scorer. The guy can kick & punt extremely well. He isn't playing because of Huff's loyalty to Rene Paredes. In the pre season I believe he actually out kicked Paredes. Hard to believe no team has snatched him up.
