  1. Trump got his bump last week & Clinton will get hers this week.
  2. Once a knee gets injured it doesn't matter if a qb weighs 180 or 245 lbs. The bigger they are the harder they'll fall.
  3. As sad as you never seeing a Blue Bomber Grey Cup, I was 35 in 1990 when they last won & I'm 61 now. Those 3 asshats in charge now & the losers that are almost guaranteed to be hired in the future as well as the present & future Board running the team are going to work hard to make sure I'll be on my deathbed in another 26 years having never seen another one. Hopefully by then I'll have dementia & forgot about the #factoryofpain
  4. Nah, he's at like zero approval rate with women & historic lows with blacks & latinos. Saying he's going to win is like saying Drew Willy will win the CFL MVP Award this season. Angry young white men can't win elections all on their own anymore. Asking the Russians to hand over Hillary's emails is so stupid it's actually funny.Funny because the living hairpiece actually believes it.
  5. Sure, let's just keep him on the bench & keep paying him to do nothing. He's earned the 3rd string job & deserves to be paid $410,000 a year to do it, too.
  6. I have 50 years under my belt. This regime is the most frustrating I've experienced as a fan because it appears Miller has Walters back & Walters has O'Shea's. You get the feeling that they don't want to break up the Three Amigos. Right to the end no matter how bad things get.
  7. Ha, ha. I remember Gil Perreault as a rookie & Denis Potvin in 1970-71 & 1972-73 respectively.
  8. C'mon kbf, Trump is an idiot.
  9. Absolutely, if a qb back then (1960's & 70's) had a 55% completion average he was doing extremely well. A 60% completion percentage was virtually unheard of in both the CFL & NFL back then. Interceptions were way up. I think the quality of receivers has really improved as have offensive systems.
  10. That decision was baffling. And they traded Gale. Now they're in big trouble.
  11. If they release Willy that'll be the risk, I guess. No one can foresee the future.
  12. Showing my age here but I remember Don Jonas. he was the same way as you describe KJ. He was fearless & had a strong arm & the internal belief that he could complete every pass he made. So, he was a high risk, high reward qb. He'd throw into double coverage because he felt he could complete that darned pass no matter if he had bracket coverage. He won the 1971 CFL MOP Award & had something like 32 touchdowns & 30 interceptions. A stat that would be criticized today. But the fans loved the guy because he was fearless & he played that way. I remember him throwing ints in the end zone or losing the odd game on a pick 6 but fans were okay with that because next game he would throw a 65 yd td pass & two more from close in. He was fun to watch.
  13. Jon Gruden is a great coach & teacher. My favourite analyst on television. He's intense just drawing up the play!
  14. WBB, you gotta love Chuckie.
  15. Hey Rod Black, no hard feelings, huh?
  16. Chill, WBB. Just remember when things get you down or you feel angry... Think of Strong Right, Slot Z Right, Spider 2 Y Banana Right 2 Over. You'll feel much better.
  17. I'm having a great time...
  18. You actually expect a serious response when I was told by Rod Black that I don't hold myself accountable on an internet board? I can say that the way you twist people's words that have a future as a Trump surrogate. Or a wrestling commentator.
  19. Now be nice. Rod Black may question your sanity & demand you be accountable.
  20. I don't hold myself accountable? Just what the hell does that mean? On an internet board?? Accountable? That is the dumbest thing I've read in over 10 years on any CFL board. That is too funny. Should I pat myself on the back??? Okay I will. Iso, you just made a brilliant post. Keep up the good work.
  21. Burris came into the CFL in 1997. He's outlasted every player he played with or against him... And he throws games away? A CFL MVP? You threw him on the garbage heap. Aren't you a hypocrite. Not nice. Not nice.
  22. You're so cruel. So Burris at 41 is garbage? He throws games away?
  23. Ah, now you threw him on the garbage heap. Be prepared to defend yourself.
  24. No, he hit himself over the head with his hammer & is concussed. Throw him on the garbage heap.
  25. Yeah, what I said was terrible. Talk about twisting things around or looking for conspiracy theories.
