Some of you guys just take things way too seriously. Like now. You can't deny that injuries affect athletes & some (like Mike Reilly) can come back better than ever & others can't. Drew Willy isn't the same player he was before the leg injury. A lot has been written about his not taking the time to look downfield & just dumping off the ball. I have suffered two serious knee injuries, the first when I was 20. Had two successive surgeries Xmas 1975 & then Aug 76. the summer surgery was a complete reconstruction. At the time I was quite active. I skied but gave it up. Too afraid to go back out onto the slopes afraid if I fell I'd reinjure my knee. That injury was a life changer. I couldn't "overcome". If Willy is worried that's too bad as he looks to be a nice guy with a pretty good skill set as a qb. But it is pro football where 260 lb defensive linemen are looking to make a name for themselves. His injury was a bad one. If he is worried he has a right to be & understandable. I'd never be able to come back...

Not everyone can "overcome".

Ever had a serious injury playing a collision sport like football? Like a knee or leg? It takes a certain kind of player to bury the fear in the back of their heads & go out & play at the same level prior to the injury. Knowing that on any given play you could seriously injure your leg or knee again? That's one of the characteristics it takes to play pro football. Not everyone can do it.

If he's playing scared then a benching won't help him. He'll be finished. You just can't turn fear on & off.

Trevor Harris has the Wow Factor. Reilly sure does. Jennings in BC is always a pass or two from being pulled. maybe he is improving but he is a long way from being an elite CFL qb. Durant is still a very good qb who's been slowed by injuries. Not a lot of gas in the tank for him. BLM seems to play well within the Stamps offensive system & doesn't make a lot of mistakes. He's a smart player.he has really done well under Dave Dickenson's coaching. Ray is old & who knows how long he'll be gone with this latest knee injury. Collaros was burning up the league before he was injured last season & he had the Wow Factor like Reilly & Harris. Hank can still perform at a high level even at 41 which is truly amazing. In Montreal Glenn is what he is, a journeyman. He can play well to a point but he isn't capable like Reilly, Harris or Collaros to single handedly dominate a game & win. He's always one or 2 passes from being pulled. I won't even discuss Willy.

A new offense that works.

I didn't say I had sources. I was just giving an opinion. Lawless said MOS is safe FOR NOW. He couldn't say if he'd be okay in a month's time. Lawless says MOS is safe for the next 2-3 games but maybe not after that if the losing continues. You never even listened to the radio report. Listen next time before you just post blindly.

If the losses mount & the Bombers don't make a change the fans will revolt. Any credibility the Miller-Walters may still have will be gone. I still believe that MOS is hanging on by a thread here. Remember Lawless was the guy who actually pushed for the Bombers not to fire him last November.

Is this to give a championship to each show? The old belts were confusing. Raw had the WWE championship belt & Smackdown had the WWE World Championship belt. Never could understand why the WWE Championship was considered the bigger of the 2 belts but it was. I guess Raw was & still is considered the #1 show between the 2 so the belt had to be the actual championship.

Too many Drew Willys, Jonathan Jennings, Kevin Glenns, Ricky Rays, (should have retired 2 years ago), Jeremiah Masolis (yeah, yeah one game). For every great qb, we have 2 bad ones. It's quarterbacking that is holding this league back. These guys have little or no personalities. The other thing that I hate is everyone runs the zone read out of shotgun... Every offense looks the same. No one takes the ball from under center unless it's short yardage. This once innovative league has become bland & boring. Every team looks the same. Be nice if some coach came in & used a different offense other than shotgun zone read.

Sounds more like a nightmare to me.

It looked better than last game. I'd say 15,000. Tired of seeing the Argos be a drag on the rest of the CFL.

We could win 3 games this season & still not be assured of the first pick in the CFL Draft.

No. Dunigan recruited one player & that was Nik Lewis. Dunigan was a disaster as a HC. Trouble was, he was also the GM, Dir of Player Personnel, OC & QB coach. All at the same time. After the 2004 season there was an ownership change & he was fired. I think the Stamps won 3 games in 2004. It was Jim Barker who brought in some great players in 2005 when he was re-hired by the new ownership group. He also drafted well in the CIS draft year in & year out until he left for the Argos. I've lived in Calgary since 1990 & know exactly how things went down here with Matt. He had absolutely no coaching or managing experience when he was hired after the 2003 season & he was like a fish out of water. Talk to any Stamps fan who remembers those years & they won't have a lot of fond memories of Dunigan as a head coach here.

Fans don't pay management, players or coaches. Fans don't scout or bring in players. The only things fans can do is voice their displeasure or stop going to games as is what happening now. But fans can't make the team win.
