  1. Yes, I mis-read the question. I was thinking of those that didnt play in the championship. I would hazard to gues that Mike's example never occured before as teams have played each other at least twice in the past and most MOPs would have dressed for a majority of their games.
  2. The official 2023 CFLPA All-Star are as follows: Offence QB — Chad Kelly (TOR) RB — Brady Oliveira (WPG) FB — David Mackie (BC) SB — Dalton Schoen (WPG) SB — Tim White (HAM) WR — Austin Mack (MTL) WR — Alexander Hollins (BC) C — David Beard (HAM) G — Brandon Revenberg (HAM) G — Peter Nicastro (TOR) OT — Jermarcus Hardrick (WPG) OT — Stanley Bryant (WPG) Defence DT — Jake Ceresna (EDM) DT — Mike Rose (CGY) DE — Folarin Orimolade (TOR) DE — Mathieu Betts (BC) WLB — Wynton McManis (TOR) MLB — Adam Bighill (WPG) SLB — Adarius Pickett (TOR) CB — Demerio Houston (WPG) CB — Garry Peters (BC) HB — T.J. Lee (BC) HB — Marcus Sayles (BC) S — Marc-Antoine Dequoy (MTL) Special Teams K — Sean Whyte (BC) P — Richie Leone (OTT) LS — Jorgen Hus (SSK) Special – Javon Leake (TOR) Coach – Ryan Dinwiddie (TOR) https://cflpa.com/2023-cflpa-all-star-team
  3. A few Bomber examples; Brock (80,81), Clements (87), Stegall (2002).
  4. Bombers are just more passive about it.
  5. The Bombers will go into Sunday’s game with wide receiver Dalton Schoen (ankle) and linebacker Adam Bighill (calf) listed as doubtful to play. Receivers Rasheed Bailey (knee) and Nic Demski (ankle) are questionable, as are linebacker Kyrie Wilson (hip) and defensive lineman Jackson Jeffcoat (hip). The Alouettes will be without defensive back Zach Lindley (head), while wide receiver Kaion Julien-Grant (shoulder) is doubtful and offensive lineman Pier-Olivier Lestage (knee) is questionable. Receiver/returner Chandler Worthy (ankle) is available to play. https://www.cfl.ca/2023/11/15/als-bombers-injury-reports-schoen-demski-sit-out-on-wednesday/
  6. Or how Toronto didnt have to pay for going over the cap, or being one of the teams that was given an extra Draft pick for no good reason.
  7. I was thinking that its not often the majority of fans at a Grey Cup are supporting the Bombers. The Bombers either seem to be playing against the host team or playing in a city where they are dispised. Even this year most people will be cheering for the Als as they are the Cinderella story being the team that didnt have a owner at the beginning of the year. Would sure be awesome if the Bombers are in the 2025 game.
  8. testing
  9. Thanks guys, I got it to work on my laptop but its not working on my Samsung cell. I can copy/ paste the link however the Insert image from URL box turns pink and doesn't send the link.
  10. Can someone show how one can post GIFs on here? Explain it to me like I am 5 years old.
  11. These are some interesting numbers. However, all that most people will remember is that Zach and the Bombers have won 2 Cups so far. (and hopefully a 3rd on Sunday).
  12. Speaking of awards, when are Bomber fans going to win the Commisionner's Awards? Rider fans won the award back in 2010 however there is no denying that Winnipeg fans provide the Bombers the greatest homefield advantage in the league.
  13. Yeah, I was thinking that too. It sucks that the one guy that will disparage the league at any opportunity is also one of the most connected reporters.
  14. Lol. Kelly just called himself a game manager.
  15. For the CFLPA all-stars players arent able to vote for guys on the their own team.
  16. That makes sense. No doubt Lucky is very popular.
  17. Speaking of Lucky. Who says fans shouldnt vote for awards?
  18. Why didnt he pull himself from the game? He felt ok to play but well enough to shake hands?
  19. I would definitely label Nichols a game manager. My memories of him is throwing the ball into the stands whenever there was a hint of trouble.
