  1. Anyone that goes to practice would notice that have a multitude of goal line/ short yardage plays. It was game one and the Bombers haven't opened up all their playback yet. I'm not concerned.
  2. And after Jeffcoat went out Haba was in for almost every play. I'm sure he'll be even more effective when he can more plays off.
  3. I'll give Sergio the benefit of the doubt for his kickoffs in the 1st and 3rd quarters. He was going against a noticeable wind.
  4. He comes out for the heavy packages. He's been on the sidelines for about 20 plays.
  5. O'Shea sure doesn't worry about the new DNA rule. Grant comes in on offense but it's Agodusi that comes off.
  6. Lots up stuff happening after the plays. Pretty undisciplined.
  7. He's wondering if he still gets paid. (He is holding though for the kicks)
  8. In retrospect the Bombers could of looked into adding a National fullback with Burtenshaw and Miller missing most of camp. It was nice that they gave reps to Jackson during camp but they must of thought Miller would be good to go for the start of the season.
  9. I think O'Shea has been lurking here: Winnipeg Blue Bombers head coach Mike O’Shea isn’t happy about the muddled mess created by the CFL’s new ‘nationalized American’ rule as the regular season gets underway. "I think there’s still confusion about exactly the intent of these sorts of things,” O’Shea said on Thursday, a day ahead of the Bombers’ season opener on Friday night against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats (7:30 p.m., IG Field). “We will continue to do what’s right for our team. But I do think it’s important that everybody involved in the CFL works together to make sure they’re doing the best for our league.” "Right now there’s a lot of chatter, a lot of negativity about this, and It’s everybody’s responsibility to avoid that and make sure that we showcase the absolute best of our league, especially with more coverage in other places,” O’Shea said. “To have that overshadowed by some confusion … let’s just hope it doesn’t go on too long.” https://winnipegsun.com/sports/football/cfl/winnipeg-bluebombers/bombers-oshea-not-a-fan-of-confusion-created-by-cfls-new-nationalized-american-rule
  10. If they need flexibility due to injury on defence there is also the rule where a Nationalized American can replace an injured Canadian. Jeffcoat can replace an injured Bennett for example.

  12. McCrae has been hurt since the first week of camp. Can't see how they keep him around.
  13. I'm OK with sending out the punters to see what they have - or don't have.
  14. Interesting to see the Bombers are still going hard with their pregame warmup while the Riders went to their dressing room awhile ago. Also, it's gonna be a hot one.
  15. I still think Salima will be kept around. It wouldn't surprise me if McCrae is cut as he's been injured for most of camp.
  16. Depth chart courtesy of @DTonOB https://twitter.com/DTonOB/status/1664758597102845956?t=T-gxEvnVaHzxOYVlEvKiFQ&s=19
  17. Yeah, only someone from Regina would need a depth chart for todays game. It's not hard to figure out who is going to be starting.
  18. Heres the Bombers' roster if you are looking for it" https://twitter.com/Wpg_BlueBombers/status/1664298566716882944?t=WoOWdS-A2QCn9c9YqYMAeg&s=19 On a side note Ballsy thinks it's unprofessional of the Bombers to not list a depth chart for the game.
