Any Siddeeq Shabazz fans out there? Didnt he make the news a few years ago for impersonating a college player or did I dream it?

Normy was one of my favorite comedians. So glad I got see his show a few years back at Rumors. It was supposed to be about 50 minutes or so but he wanted to keep on going and ended up performing for an extra 45 minutes. I watch his clips on YouTube everyday. There is one site - I'm not Norm - that posts something everything day, so that normally sends me down another Norm rabbit hole. A few of my favorite Norm stuff is his visits with Conan and his interactions with Super Dave.

Man, after each game I walk through the Rum Hut area. Lot of young, drunk kids having fun. It's like last call at Zaxx.

Matt walks the line with his language when he's sober. Imagine what he'd be like after few beers.

Yup, looks like a DT. I looked it up and he was in camp in 2009. That camp also had kick returner Ramonce Taylor. Wasn't Taylor released after bringing a gun to the Bomber's locker room?

Speaking of big players.... Who was that huge QB that was in camp about 10-15 years ago? Came in with a bunch of fanfare but never made the team.

I remember when some Bombers transactions made it into Sports Illustrated's news of the week. Tom Europe was released and Tom Canada was signed.

Who else watched the Pacman Jones video after it was announced he was going to sign with the team? Im still waiting for him to score 2 touchdowns a game for the Bombers.

One of the more obscure Bomber moments actually involves Roberts. I was at the first practice after the team signed Onterrio Smith. There was a lot of hype over Smith so the media wanted to get a few words from Blink after practice. Well, I guess Blink was pissed over the signing as he ran away from the media scrum and hid under the old grand stands at Canad Inns. Smith never recovered for an injury and was cut a short time later. Not sure what Roberts would have done if Smith ended up actually suiting up for the team.

Remember when the Bombers went through the gong-show phase before Miller? They banned cowbells in the stands while the store was still selling them. Regarding horns, if people like the sound of horns but want to reduce their spit levels there is an option. There are horn footballs that work well. The Bomber store used to sell them, not sure if they still do though. U wear it around your neck so it frees up a hand to carry another beer.

While at the games I like to keep an eye on the changes the Bombers make on defence. They have 2 or 3 players coming in and off each play. It's crazy how much rotating of players they do compared to other teams.

Maier is likely a free agent after the season as he signed with Calgary in 2020. Should be an another interesting off-season for quarterback movement.

It's Nelson. He'd get an extra 5 yards per return if he just ran forward and eliminated his stutter steps.

For those unaware, the pre-game tailgate area is re-opening for the Banjo Bowl. It's going to open at noon so that should help with the line-ups getting into the stadium and help reduce the beer lines inside.

Harris' head got twisted and he ended up falling down so I can see why the call was made. I still can't believe it wasn't a penalty yesterday however.

I still don't understand that roughing the passer call. I've seen so many many instances where they call a penalty when all the player does is touch the QB's helmet. But, I guess they decided to change the penalty guidelines yesterday.

I didn't get that feeling when he was Bombers Head Coach. Maybe @Boochhas some insight.

Lapo was a receiver at a Division 3 college. The big difference between him and say O'Shea is players respect Mike because he played at a high level. As a result there is more buy-in from the players.

I'm holding off celebrating. I'm waiting for Tburg to let us know if the Bombers deserve the win or not.
