The first 85% of Skyfall was great. The Home Alone ending was embarrassing to the franchise. I just felt sad for whoever wrote that. Spectre was fine... I enjoyed that. I still like Casino Royale the best, and the one after that... with the guy trying to buy land for water purposes.... is the worst.

this. Corus did it with their news outlet in Calgary recently, and the rumour is that they're going to do that in Winnipeg as well. It's all about saving money.... cutting all staff to the bare minimum. There's only so many ads you can sell in a province this size, so the only way to increase the margins is to cut costs to the bone.

rumour I'm hearing so far is that Corus is going to run 99.1 as an FM repeater of CJOB. Not confirmed, but that's the strong rumour. We shall see what happens. As always, I feel horrible for the employees tossed on their ass. Can't even imagine........though I kind of can.

I can't, for the life of me, figure out why anyone gives a single solitary f*** about who Toronto is or isn't playing in this game. I want the Bombers to get 2pts and move on to the important game, in BC next week. I don't give a **** about the two supposed best teams in the league matching up... I only want Bombers wins, however they come. Best case scenario is we curb stomp these assholes and the cockroaches can go back to the hole they crawled out of.
