I knew you'd take the contrarian POV, as always, but here's the thing: Yes, they're trying to say that he's going to make the Argos relevant in TO, and that makes him the most important player in the league. But absolutely NOTHING will make the Argos relevant in Toronto. Not even a guy with his head that far up his own ass and still managed 3 TDs last week....

Until Gord Downie started talking about Charlie Wenjack and the Residential School system, I had absolutely no clue I'd been living my life in complete ignorance. Then when the discoveries started happening....that was it. I really made a commitment to learning. Shutting up, listening and learning as much as I can. I have a number of indigenous friends in the Manitoba music world and they are very passionate about sharing their culture and helping idiots like me learn, which I'm trying to do every single day. We can no longer sweep our terrible history under the rug. It all needs to be brought to light.

it's so funny... when I moved down to Winkler many years ago, I was surprised to learn how many different Mennonite churches there were within the town. I asked a relatively enlightened co-worker, who was a member of one of the churches, what that was all about and he said "different interpretations of the same text (bible)"..... it's really just so crazy to me that this is a thing. Peace, love and respect for all living things...... what more do you need to interpret than that?

Is there a shred of evidence that Collaros is ineffective when working from the pocket? That's a curious thing to say. Yes, we know he can be effective when scrambling and throwing on the run, but if Collaros is able to sit back in the pocket and pick and choose his spots...... he will absolutely slaughter you.

we're missing a LOT of key pieces, which will make this game closer than it should be. Thankfully they're missing Rhymes, as well, which is a massive blow to that offense. I expect Lucky to hurt again by half time. I still think we can win, but I really hate how many starting bodies we're missing...
