But Demski isn't just a receiver....he can play RB if needed (and does, at times) and can return kicks if need be. We don't have anyone, on either side of the ball, that is as versatile a weapon as Nic Demski. He's in his prime right now and is attempting to get the one last big paycheque that he's rightfully earned. Outside of QB or LT, I don't know that there's a more valuable person for the Bombers right now....

it might have even been into camp, or close to it. He held out for a long time and, I believe, might have even considered retiring....but decided to come back for another run. But it was super close to the season before they had him signed.

I'm not yet convinced that I'd want Strev as a full time starting QB, but I would absolutely kill to have him back doing what he did in '18/'19 again. Just not sure he wants to settle for that, once the NFL thing is done...
