switched to diet stuff years ago, and now anything but is like pancake syrup. Pepsi Max 95% of the time, Coke Zero 3% of the time, and Caffeine Free Diet somethingorother if I'm having sleep issues.

this was always my favourite take on the Wheat Board dismantling.......

CBA doesn't expire until Saturday, and technically the newbies aren't covered by it because they haven't made a team yet......so mini camp should be going ahead as scheduled tomorrow! Sunday's "Main Camp" opening is somewhat in jeopardy (except not really because they'll get this worked out...)

Very interesting. I'll watch it for sure, to try and keep up with the damn soap opera of it all, but I won't get my hopes up. Eternals I haven't seen, and haven't got around to Moon Knight yet, but I've seen everything else. I enjoyed Far From Home, Black Widow and really enjoyed No Way Home (Tom Holland is just a perfect Spider Man). The streaming series are all varying levels of good, so far. WandaVision was fantastic, I really enjoyed Hawkeye and Falcon/WS. Loki and What If...? were a bit too nerdy for me, but I still enjoyed them enough. Shang Chi had moments, but overall just was not a movie for me. The ending and the post-credit scene were probably the most interesting parts of the movie.

Was just having the discussion with the wife about the lack of windshield repair coverage that is automatic in MB. The number of times she has to get her windshield fixed is ridiculous and it's so insanely expensive. That ******* pea gravel they use out here, too, that causes a lot of the problems. **** this province so many ways....

Riders had so much fun winning the 2013 GC they want to win the same one again... -
let me tell you about life in Alberta with private home and auto insurance, where the government removed the cap on how much they're allowed to charge..... it's gone through the roof the last two or three years. Privatization is not the "competition will lower prices" thing that people expect it to be.

https://www.cbc.ca/sports/football/cfl/cfl-labour-negotiations-roundup-1.6447760 Veteran Elks QBs reportedly partaking in rookie camp The Edmonton Elks will be the lone CFL team to have veteran quarterbacks participating in their rookie camp Wednesday. On Sunday, the CFL Players' Association announced it had informed eight CFL teams that it had directed veteran quarterbacks to skip rookie camps, which are slated to open Wednesday. The union added there was "the exception of one club, where there is concern by our Association over a pattern of retribution toward players by team management." According to a source, the Elks were that club. The source spoke on the condition of anonymity as neither the CFL nor the union had specifically named the Edmonton franchise. So veteran Nick Arbuckle, who was traded to Edmonton from Toronto last October, and sophomore Taylor Cornelius, who started eight games last year for the Elks, are expected to report to rookie camp Wednesday. -

that video just seems like a zoom chat that accidentally got recorded. Is that supposed to be a "podcast".....'cause, if so, it's the most bush league, low budget broadcast I've seen from so-called "professionals" ever.....
