I don't have any memory of Houston playing poorly last year. I'm very okay with giving Rose time off to heal up whatever the issue is.

Anyone remember the game vs L'ks in 2019 that was super close... Came down to the wire... And with less than 5 mins left, I think, there was a scrum and Money Hunter ends up blatantly hitting or kicking someone right in front of the officials. I wanna say they'd got us to 3rd down and we woulda been kicking, and then because of Hunter being a dummy, it extended the drive and we get a TD and win. I think Strev was the QB for that game. It was Maas coaching Edm at that time, and there was zero control over the players. I just always remember that scrum on the field and Hunter taking an objectionable away from everything and costing them the game. Once an *******, always an *******...

I'm not overly worried about the Ticats, so them whomping on the Stumps is a good thing. They are who we thought they were.

I don't think the Ticats are any hot hell, so seeing them take it to Cgy makes me feel better about the state of the West...

The way I've been thinking about is "You shot your shot, and you missed. That was the best you could give, and you still lost. They mouthed off (Hunter and The Open Book) , they (Darvin and Lapo) spoke of how important it was to show up the Bombers...." We were mediocre at best, and yiu still couldn't beat us. Keep on keepin' on, RBs....

I have a lot of concerns but it's too early to judge anything. Talk to me at Labour Day and we'll see how things look then....

another thing to make me irate last night...was literally screaming at the TV for Sinopoli to shut the **** up. I do not give a single **** about anything he says....Christ sakes just show me the damn game.

Last year gave me unrealistic expectations. I expect to go undefeated or nearly undefeated every season now. I almost forgot about how bad Gray looked at LG last night until Mike mentioned it. I was foaming at the mouth angry in the 2nd quarter of the game just screaming at the TV. He was getting raped left right and centre. Dobson's time will be soon.

Ellingson, Schoen, Bailey and Woogie all with big catches tonight. It's just Demski who's gone MIA....

Is Nic Demski even on the team? What is happening with that guy. We had WAY too many drops from the receivers. I was really disappointed especially in the first half. Augustine looked solid, if unspectacular, in limited time. Front 7 on D was so frustrating. Wildly inconsistent. Glad we found a way to win, but this team is not the same so far this season. I can already tell I'm going to be angry a lot this season...

1) Can't say enough about Nichols with at least two MASSIVE break up's. He's likely the biggest reason we won. 2) Collaros was having trouble in the first half, but I think it was protection issues. In the second half he came alive. 3) Could give this to maybe the RECs or the Front 7 on D, but they were both inconsistent. At times looked great, and other times had a pile of drops/couldn't get any pressure at all. Maddeningly inconsistent. HH) Augustine. Didn't get a lot of touches but definitely looked better than Olly. I know who I'd start next week.

they said he hurt himself during practice this week, but who knows for sure. Either way, that's one less big receiver to go and get the errant passes of CoFaj, who couldn't hit a barn with a shovel full of peas.....
