there's no question they're EXTREMELY SIMILAR QBs. I said when we brought Collaros in that the best thing was that he'd be able to run Nichols playbook almost immediately. We'd immediately go back to where we were at the beginning of the season with a confident vet running the full playbook and Streveler as a gimmick weapon...

Jones, Fleury, Einarson....it's a scrap on the women's side in MB. MB Mens, sadly, is a wasteland right now. The Carruthers/McEwen team hasn't worked so far. The best curler MB has produced in forever is Matt Dunstone, and he's curling out of Sask, sadly.

Just a heads up that Bart Kives and the CBC are doing a piece on ex-pat Manitobans living in Alberta and how excited they are for this weekend. I did a phone interview with him yesterday, and my understanding is that they'll be down at the GC Festival (Stampede Grounds) tonight shooting some stuff and hoping to chat with others that are from "back home".... Figured I'd spread the word...

haven't shaved since before the last game of the reg season and have worn my "Canadian Mafia" shirt for each game since (and including) that one. All my jerseys (I have about a dozen or so) are cursed, says I, so I haven't been wearing a jersey of late. I will wear some of them this weekend at the various parties, and think I might wear one to the game on Sunday....we'll see how it goes. #NotSuperstitiousJustALittleStitious
