after re-watching the Stamps game last night, I'm far more concerned about our D vs the Lions O than I am about our O vs their D.....

Our backup, Jones, is better than your starter.... Never mind Hecht who's been very very good for most of this year.

That's what I was thinking... I'd slow the roll on Leggett coming in and being an upgrade.

I feel like, if they had to, they could run Demski in Harris's place. He's not as good a runner, but he does a lot of similar things in the offense and CAN play RB if needed...

That's why I love the CFL... Frig that's a lot of fun.

I get what you're saying JBR but every season is such a roller coaster, you can't worry about November now... Just enjoy this week for this week. Next week for next week. As clichéd as it is, MOS's "1-0 this week" thing is a good reminder for we as fans, as well...

I personally think your scenario here will give us 0 good QBs, whereas the current one at least gets us 1.....

and, just for the record, I'm not absolving Nichols of anything or saying he's the second coming of Tom Brady, but Jesus.....some of you are so far out too lunch and just CONSUMED by negativity. I've seen enough 3-15's to last a lifetime.....I'm gonna enjoy 6-2, thanks.

I honestly don't want to wade into this big pissing contest, but here's one thing I know: I've seen a lot worse teams with a lot worse QBing than we have, win the GC. I'm not saying "we're gonna win!" but I'm saying "we're good enough, and Nichols is good enough to win".....it doesn't have to be pretty to get the job done.

O Line is in rough shape right now...saw Bryant completely blow a play that got Nichols smacked. Went inside instead of picking up the outside man, and pop on Nichols. Desjarlais in for Speller isn't helping either. Nichols hasn't had a lot of time to go deep tonight. He's just taking what's there...

during MOS tenure, one of the things you can count on game in and game out, is that they're never out of the game....they might not win, and they may not make you all happy, but they're out there trying hard for 4 quarters, no question.

3 games ago, Nichols was looking like the second coming of Ricky Ray....and now we're running him outta town. I refuse to believe he's just completely lost it in that amount of time. There's greater things at play here...

his Better Call Saul/Broken Bad **** is quite secondary to his work on SNL and other late night shows, not to MENTION "Artillery Arthur" on HIMYM.....

they were 5-0 and looking untouchable until the last couple games. Vs Toronto they were back to their old ways through basically the entire 1st half and then fell apart. Do you expect them to be perfect for 18 games? There's gonna be ups and downs...highs and lows......every season. As long as we're in the dance at the end and give ourselves a chance, that's all we can ask for. You have to learn to live with the roller coaster that is a CFL season...
