"...When Orridge empowered (Glen) Johnson to run his football department, he pushed aside Kevin McDonald -- who had been in the role and had better relationships with team coaches and GMs. It is well known in league circles that Johnson craves the commissioner's job, and has aligned himself politically with governors in the hopes of taking over the chair..."

One name you can expect to hear as a potential replacement for Orridge as #CFL commissioner: current VP of football Glen Johnson.
Reporters with some telling things in their tweets. Nobody thought he'd last this long. Apparently with whole life in States, was not a CFL guy at all and didn't really understand the game. Wanted it to be just like NFL. Never really fit in.
Interesting thought...Madani suggests Duane Forde would be perfect next Commish. Not sure who would willingly step into the role, just to be a house boy for owners like Braley...?
The more I think about it, the more I think this may be much ado about nothing. If this guy was good enough, passport or not, he woulda at least had a cup of coffee up here by now. Seems like a really really small chance that this guy is actually going to be worth a first round pick...
Well, I'll fire it up......
Hawks in 6
Minnie in 7
Ducks in 5
Oilers in 6
Rangers in 7
Boston in 5
Washington in 4
Columbus in 7
Nice to have 5 Canadian teams and, I suppose, the Habs, in playoffs this year. Curious how much that'll help boost Rogers numbers this year, after all their complaining last year. Everything fires up Wednesday night...
That movie was just to space-y for me....I didn't get it. I can't handle too much space/nerd stuff. Superhero movies that take place on earth, within our existing reality, I'm okay with....when you get too weird, like GOTG and Dr Strange....you've lost me. Even Thor was too much....the stuff on earth, I was okay with....the stuff in Asgaard....I'm out.
