  1. I'm still hopeful that #4 can be parlayed into a quality D man who can be a leader out there...
  2. Because I'm a 104 year old man.....was playing this on my show this afternoon, and is the kind of stuff I dig more the older I get....
  3. Edm has plenty of good D prospects. They need a ready-now D stud.....

  5. Regardless of any online bellowing, if they really want to do something "for the good of the league", they'll go 0-18, Jones' shine disappears and he becomes the second-coming of Mike Kelly, and sets the franchise back a decade. Get rid of all the fair-weather *fans* they have over there (most), and we can all enjoy the season a little more with the peace and quiet that comes from those guys not screaming to the whole world "DON'T YOU SEE HOW GREAT WE ARE? TELL US HOW GREAT WE ARE! DON'T YOU LIKE WATERMELONS????"
  6. I'm nothing if not patriotic....so there's that end of it that drives me to *want* to care, but A) It's basketball *fart noise* and 2) It's SO Toronto-centric (as opposed to the Jays and Leafs which tend to be more national) that it rubs me the wrong way.
  7. No Andrew Harris at practice today, but they're saying "Nothing dramatic. Excused absence."
  8. not in my world...
  9. Don't think I don't expect it......
  10. Right now, they still feel like spies....I keep waiting for them to pull a WWE swerve-job....wait till Labour Day and do something to royally **** us over, pull off their jerseys to reveal Rider green underneath........I dunno. Still doesn't feel right...
  11. bass-kett-balllll.......??
  12. I'm still trying to deal with the stink that is Riderville on them. It's going to take a really long time for me to accept them as Bombers....
  13. Christ sakes...that is high, but leave it to RP to spin it as "JSJ WANTS 400K!!!11!" I'm sure they'll find a way to meet in the middle. Hardaway is just gonna be a **** about it as long as possible.
  14. was talking with some Flames fans here in west-central AB on Saturday who are praying Tkachuk falls to them at 6....desperately want him. He's definitely Burkie's kinda player.
  15. Meant to tell you -- I got both of these on my laptop and MX8 box KODIs, and SALTS is the best KODI add-on I've ever had. This thing always has a stream of anything you're looking for. No more "Stream Unavailable" bullshit. Very excited about this. No more trying to get Genesis, Ice Films, Phoenix, etc to work....
  16. Wait.........who was asking for 400k?
  17. Thanks for all the reports folks. Great stuff!! It's appreciated in Alberta...
  18. I haven't been that excited about 3 WBB LBs in a really long time....
  19. lol @ Randle behind Bucknor on the chart. @17to85 gon choke a *****....
  20. As for Perry, he's proven time and time again that he's a liability on the ice. Always taking stupid penalties at the worst time. Been his MO his entire career and he showed it to the whole world again this month in Russia. Don't blame them one bit for not taking the guy....
  21. Getzlaf should be there. Duchene, Marchand, Bergeron and Muzzin all extremely questionable picks. One thing I do love is no Subban, and no Flames on Team Canada. Tells me we have "hockey people" running things. Still misguided on Hall (perennial Top 10 scorer) but they're definitely hockey people...
  22. Taylor Hall being left off Team Canada is the single most egregious omission of any team. Can't wrap my head around it.
  23. For what it's worth, I use it to find older stuff. There's never a good copy of something really new...
