Just as a quick reference, when ratings come out, generally what's listed is 12+. So that's Males and Females older than 12 years old. For a lot of media, that's a useless generalization. CFL and TSN are only really concerned with M18-49, and I couldn't tell you how that's doing...

I just can't bring myself to talk any kind of trash going into Labour Day, when considering our record over the past decade. Ugh. I fully expect a loss every year, as with any game in McMahon, regardless of our record or theirs.....the Gods just hate us in these situations, for whatever reason.

What's going to tell me a lot is how they respond to a loss. As has been said on this site over and over, this team is driven by momentum, both good and bad. Right now they're riding a wave...but they can't possibly win out the rest of the season. At some point they're going to lose a game. How do they respond to that? That's really what I'd like to know (although, if they wanted to win out the season and make it a moo point, then I'm cool with that, too...)

I swear I saw TSN posting that numbers were up (...but, of course they were...) but what it might have been was within a certain "desirable" demographic...

For me, it's both. The dude CLEARLY knows what he's doing when it comes to managing an offense in the CFL, and grooming QBs. If he tells me that he thinks Drew Willy is a guy he wants, there is just no way you can argue it sanely.

Only QBs I'd want in return would be Glenn or Lulay, realistically.....not sure either of these happen. As long as Montreal is in a hunt, they're not going to deal Glenn, and they're very much in the playoff picture over there.

100% ....guy has been a band aid for awhile. Bombers need a vet back up QB who can work within this system. Whether that's Willy or someone else. As someone else posted, Irving noted that Barker has said he'd absolutely pay Willy 400k+ "in a heartbeat". Not surprising. Ricky Ray's time in Toronto is likely done...retirement could be not far off with all his injury woes... I am terrified of what Willy would look like in a Scott Milanovich system....he'll be crazy good.
