Don't put so much stock in the leader.....if the Lib's have the best possible financial plan, and a lot people think so, then I think they're worth a shot, despite some of the stupid things Trudeau has said. No question....and I'm not a Kane supporter. I'm a Toews guy, and always felt like Kane got too much of the credit in Hicag. Kane always felt, to me, like a typical American Delta Bravo. When's the last time he got into trouble? This past season, I remember reading multiple things about how much he was maturing and becoming a "consummate professional".... All you have to see was how he acted at the Blackhawk stanley cup celebrations as he said something to the effect of how he's been laying low for the last little while and to watch out in the coming weeks. "watch out" = I'm going to rape women.......?

Personally, I'd rather have too many parties, than too few, like the Americans...

The only way that Taman doesn't start parting with draft picks for aging vets and rentals is if the board guarantees him his job next year. Taman isn't stupid, and he knows that it wouldn't be the right thing to do right now, but more than anything in this world Taman is a survivor. He will trade whatever it takes to get to the magic number of wins he thinks will assure him that he keeps his job. Anyone remember the 1st rounder for Zeke Moreno for half a season trade. Don't ever kid yourself....the first rounders are in play. If I was betting, I'd say that the meeting Taman recently had with the board, they said "listen -- this year is shot, try and get the most out of what you have, but don't do anything stupid...we'll figure it out in the off season..." Nobody is foolish enough to start mortgaging the future in an effort to try and win this year, given their current QB situation...

Based on what I've seen on TV (have only been to Winnipeg, Edmonton and Calgary), this list seems the most accurate, IMO...

that sucks about Moore. Sounds like he'll be a no-go. Not sure I"m big on J-Homo randomly taking JFGs spot. Hopefully receiving corps, at worst, looks exactly the same as last week...

Taman's not that stupid. Their season is over and everyone knows it. Right now, they're starting to think about 2016...saving their picks for next year...

The TiCat gals will always have a spot in my heart, after the 2006 GC in Winnipeg. All the other teams cheerleaders, during the game, were all bundled up in parkas because it was so cold, but when it was the TiCat girls turn, they doffed the parkas and had their usual "uniform" on, and there was (appropriately) a huge pop from the crowd for them. That's my kinda women...
