The terrible running back play at very least falls on the coaches though.... and there was talk from the OL that the coaches made their jobs harder. It's all well and good to say there was some talent deficiencies, but there were some iffy coaching decisions as well and given the mediocre at best reputation our offensive coordinator has (And that's a well earned reputation) I'd say it's foolish to pin most of the problems on the players. Even though prior to the injuries, that team was shooting the lights out on offense??

We're making the trek out for the June 5th weekend (first full weekend of TC) just to hang and take in some camp, and I plan on posting thoughts throughout. Hell of a season, and a gutsy effort on the part of a lotta guys, including the captain. Chevy will make some tweaks in the off season and this'll be an even better team in the fall. Excited to see it.

Apparently the word is, they're looking at Chiarelli for KLowe's old gig, which was President and head of hockey ops. So MacT would be doing grunt work, but the final word will always be Chia. I'm only okay with this if it means that MacT isn't allowed to make any kind of decisions...

For everyone complaining about the lack of coverage at Mini-Camp, trust me, I'm with you.....but I also understand that with the Jets in playoffs, the media has a pretty clear focus. That's what the majority wants to hear about, so mini-camp is gonna take a back seat. I have no doubts that the Bombers woulda been a little more of a priority if not for Jets playoffs...

They won't make a lot of trades, but Chiarelli in for MacT is the quickest and surest way to respectability for that team...

I'm inclined to want to agree with people saying Buff is a liability, bit it's difficult to disagree with Coach, who is playing Buff big minutes...

Just one win...that's all I ask. Give the home fans something to cheer about. My dad is coming through town tomorrow, randomly, and we haven't watched a Jets game of any kind together in at least 20 years. I'm hoping that will help conjure up some magic for one big W tomorrow...
