This, exactly. I get why he has to put so much homer spin on it, but it makes for a boring read. The essence of drama is conflict. Don't gloss over the SVR To OTT thing...tell me why it sucked and how you fixed it with Plan B. But again, I get why you can't do that either...

The problem is the people judging Willy by the injured part of the year. The healthy part of his year, he was dynamite. If they keep him clean, he'll have a great year. He's worth every penny they give him when they get around to it.

Strictly an ego thing for him. He sees himself as the biggest WBB fan of all time, and his owning the site is somehow "proof" of that. It's got him on CBC Radio a few times as a guest "Bomber Fan Expert" during some shows. "Well, this guy runs *THE* Bomber fansite, so he MUST be the biggest Bomber fan there is..." That's why he has the site...

Apparently the Oilers roster is massively depleted. They're already without some of their biggest offensive threats, but now Gordon, Hendricks and Klinkhammer are out and Keith Aulie might have to play forward. Yikes.

Despite the Saturday performance, the Oilers are a much MUCH better team under Todd Nelson. Can't take 'em lightly...

Oh I want to also point out how happy I am about back to back summer games in AB. That is a very pleasant surprise, indeed!

As do I. I like watching them out there but if it's a home game and I miss 4 of them then why get season tix? I liked last years sch better but I'm not going to complain. They cant please everyone! I'll just go out to the lake early and often and not as much end of the season. Love watching games at our place at Victoria Beach. We're right on the lake, so we go jump in for a swim at half time and then come back ready to roll for the 3rd quarter. Big fan of games at the cabin...

based on this sched, TC opens the week of June 1st. Reckon I'm gonna try and come home for that 5-7th weekend of June and take in some TC prior to the first pre-season game on Tuesday the 9th...
