  1. Think anyone has an old Khari Stampeders jersey kicking around anywhere? Dunigan might if you try contacting him on Twitter.
  2. Though hearing quotes like this certainly help...."If wherever you put me equates to wins, I will do it." Hi Jonathan Hefney Ed Tait ‏@WFPEdTait1m #Bombers Banks: If wherever u put me equates to wins, I will do it. Forget the stats. I have enough of those. I’m all about the winning. #bn
  3. Andrew Harris ‏@andrewharris3310m All the best @24Banks. Unreal guy in the locker room, great teammate and leader.. And absolute BEAST on the field!
  4. Korey Banks ‏@24Banks12m @HenryBurris lets make it happen HANK
  5. Two of which are soon to be free agents, and the other can't stay healthy.
  6. Not a big fan of this. Granted Kito's time here has been a bit of a let down but I'm not particularly a fan of giving up a young non import for an aging import. I'd hate (and wouldn't be surprised to see) Kito do well with the system that B.C. has and Lulay throwing him the rock.
  7. Milt Stegall ‏@MiltStegallTSN1m The #Bombers will soon be getting a Quarterback on offense and defense Henoc putting pen to paper?
  8. From Paul Wiecek's article in the Free Press this morning "The other quarterback option on the table for the Bombers right now is Drew Willy, who the Saskatchewan Roughriders have soured on and are not expected to offer a contract extension in advance of free agency. Sources say McManus is a big supporter of the Saskatchewan backup, believing him to be more physically gifted than Collaros and a more "pure" quarterback, even though Willy is mostly untested in his pro career." Full article can be seen here.
  9. Hard to argue with the results. Hell he made Kerry Joseph look like a damn good QB. That in itself should count for something.
  10. If he makes the Chiefs I think it would be a great fit. He fits the mold of what a slot receiver is in the NFL these days and with how the Chiefs and Alex Smith run their offense, if given a legit chance I wouldn't be surprised to see him do reasonably well for himself.
  11. Farhan Lalji ‏@FarhanLaljiTSN 3m Confirmed - the #Bombers have made a substantial multi-year offer to Henry Burris. #CFL
  12. Farhan Lalji ‏@FarhanLaljiTSN 4m Confirmed: #Bombers have hired Gary Etchevery as their new DC. Deal is done
  13. Not really sure why people would be offended or surprised for that matter with Collaros' choice to go to Hamilton. Their coach has a proven track record and is a great offensive mind, and their team is ready to contend for a championship right now. It would have been an easy choice for me as well if I was in his shoes.
  14. So there you go. We were never really in it. You can put the tin foil hats away now folks. Nothing Walters could have done.
  15. Darrin Bauming ‏@DarrinBauming57s MT @TSNScianitti: Collaros: "Who [Austin] worked with, obviously the number the QBs under him have put up... it was kind of a no brainer"
  16. Multiple tweets appearing now saying the Montreal is likely to take a good run at Burris as well.
  17. CFL Official Feed ‏@CFL3m BREAKING: The @SSKRoughriders have released @WestonDressler7, allowing him the opportunity to sign with a NFL team. #CFL
  18. You have to look all the way back to 2012. Yea yeah ya.. Iike I said, I didn't follow him that closely to bother remembering that.. Was that the only one? IIRC, that was the year Burris probably would have won MOP had his team actually won games. He a QB rating of 104.4, 5300 yards passing, 43 TDs to 18 interceptions. Wasn't it Marshall's defence there that stunk up the joint? Creehan's, who of course we took the next year and look what happened.
  19. Based on what? He was at the helm of a team that won six games in 2012. Granted Hamilton's defence was terrible that year, but right now ours isn't much better. Compared to the Ticats D in 2012? Our D is light years ahead of that train wreck. Really? Whatever you're smoking I want. Our defence this past season is a group that allowed 585 points last year (Hamilton allowed 576 in 2012), had no single player with more than two interceptions last year, and had a stretch of three weeks (weeks three through five to be exact) where they allowed over 1000 passing yards, had seven touchdown passes against, 0 picks, and QB's had a completion percentage of 85.7 per cent. Lay off on the blue and gold kool-aid sport.
  20. Based on what? He was at the helm of a team that won six games in 2012. Granted Hamilton's defence was terrible that year, but right now ours isn't much better.
  21. Or perhaps it just might have something to do with playing for a team that's ready to compete for a championship now versus one a couple of years away. Just maybe
  22. What a story that would be. What would 17 do then?
  23. We'll be fine folks. Calm your titties.
