  1. Did you just say our head coach is delusional? And not in a "you so crazy.." way but a "im concerned for your well being.." way??
  2. Good luck in future endevours Mr.Marve. shame your knees betrayed you. Good on the kid for trying and even better on him for walking away while he still could. Very hard choice to make.
  3. YOU BLAMED ADAMS! Also, I didnt quote anything out of context or even order. You said Adams was just ss much to blame.. When he wasnt. He was on side.. Asked and was shown to be good.. And STILL in correct placement after switching feet. are you seriously that adverse to be shown wrong? Does being incorrect hurt you physically or something? Or maybe you just missed this post after he saw the video.... You quoted his older post after he saw the video and posted this: No.. Read it but didnt see a retraction of statement so didnt consider it a mea culpa but i guess that upon further review it could be slrta viewed as removing blame from player.. Piffle. Off to delete my previous post.
  4. Crazy. Didnt see simpson go out but saw burnett go down.. That one looked bad.
  5. Right after the Grey Cup. Nope.. O'Shea will be here next year barring a complete meltdown.
  6. And this is a good concept, no? You dont play Davis or Boyd just to get em reps even if playoffs are a pipedream.. If we are even remotely alive then we gotta roll with the starters barring injury.. IF Nichols goes down.. i would suggest Brohm still gives us our best chance initially but would hope the hook aint far away..
  7. All Adams has to do is set in the right place then ask for confirmation then there's no call to make. He's as much at fault as the LJ who made the call. Both were lazy about what they were doing. I wonder if we'd made the FG after this play if the reaction to the call would be as bad as it is? The player is at fault that the ref made a phantom call on a legal play?! Are you actually serious??It defies logic to defend the ref for a call the league has already punished said ref for.Exactly! Is burg implying ultimately the refs and league were not at fault?

  9. Grr.. As it pains me to say.. I agree i with you lol. i think Khari is cerebral enough to be an offensive coordinator. Hes also fresh enough to have some "new age" concepts to utilize as well as "old school" enough to know what and what does not work. Khari Jones, like I said before bellfool, is my "right" choice.
  10. OK...everyone makes mistakes. I'm certainly not immune to them. However, why didn't they pick up the flag? His memory couldn't be that bad that he couldn't remember 5 seconds later that he did indeed acknowledge Adam's position on the line. This doesn't make sense. Agreed. And I'd assume that Adams and/or O'Shea would have told the ref, "yes we did have an end...Darvin Adams, and you acknowledged it". Would that not jog his memory?Or command centre could have called and said "pick it up idiots!" No they couldn't and you know that. Why? Why couldnt they? They all have ear buds. Johnson could have easily said "wtf you doing? Pick up flag and drop it again and say no infraction on the play". They follow along dont they? Illegal procedure is a non-reviewable play so the Command Centre can't get involved. No one can order an official to pick up a flag. There was that game in 2011 between Montreal and the Bombers were an official threw a flag for defensive pass interference in the end zone against the Als. It was a terrible call and should have actually been offensive pass interference against Greg Carr. The officials huddled and tried to get the official who threw the flag to pick it up but he refused. He was fired shortly thereafter because of that call. No.. I get that. What i meant is that the command centre is watching live. They must see things close to real time.. If they see a potentially game altering mistake by the officiating crew, wouldnt it be prudent to allow them to stop the error? Why wont they allow a situation like that to help fix these dumb mistakes...
  11. I suppose we will have to agree to disagree. I don't want my coach throwing a challenge flag unless there is evidence to do it. You never know what is coming next and when you will need your timeouts and challenges. It is a waste to throw it on a play that will not be over turned. I wonder, if that play had actually of been a catch (which was the best info that O'Shea had at the time), would you still be arguing so adamantly two days after it happened that he should have thrown the flag? Because I have never seen anyone make that argument before on a play that was a successful catch. If O'Shea is 100% certain that it's a catch then there is no point challenging. If he has any doubt that it's a catch then he has to throw the flag. That's what it's for. O'Shea told the media that he saw it as a catch. Was he 100% certain? I hope not as replay proved him wrong. I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he wasn't 100% certain that it was a catch. However, then he has to throw the flag. The fact that he didn't was a mistake. I can agree to disagree. You do understand the concept of game speed and decisions versus sitting back with benefit of replay and time to look? It was literally 10 seconds.. No replay showed on jumbotron and NOBODY even gestured to oshea to challenge because at game sped, it looked good. It looked good to me in the stands and I was begging for a replay to prove it otherwise. The whole stadium felt similarly as I dont even recal a murmur of dissent at the non-challenge until later.. Its all well and good to sit back on your throne at home and say this or that but on the sideline without the benefit of anyone saying "it was trapped.." With lots of time left on the clock... Any coach worth his cheque is not going to throw the flag with zero evidence telling him to.
  12. Come on. You KNOW the answer to this lol.id be hoping that even if we did fluke our way thru that MB would still find his name on the unemployed list...

  14. Because O'Shea No, because of roster flexability and truthfully, has it really effected our defense? They look pretty good. Also, Kohlert and JFG were money almost all tosses i really dont get this 8 canadian hate. It helps if an injury happens. It makes substitituions easier.. Such a weird bone to pick at.
  15. That last touchdown was a gift from the rider defense.. Literally, chick said "here ya go cato, merry christmas!"
  16. I honestly cant stand either. i cringe at minimum 10 times a game when either one is involved
  17. Man the cfl is so crazy. mtl gets thumped by riders and they left a TON on the field and we cant beat em. Yet we can hang with calgary all game long. Parity has never been more evident then this season.
  18. Yea but instead of a sharp edged weapon like a katana or ninja star that multifaceted guys like williams or owens are.. Ours is kind of like the weapon a brutish ogre carries a la big tree branch or club.

  20. Feel free to search out the information yourself. The search option works for everyone lol. And I guess we are back to being able to call your opinions on Oshea as BS too or does that make me a bully?
  21. That doesn't explain why Stoudermire started the game at Safety. Kinda does. He is a DB. 6th man.. If Shell had a cramp or equipment issue, hed go in.. I cant imagine it was done for any thought to future roster spot as he isnt very special.. Maybe he was just in as dime and not safety.
  22. Lose als lose! Closest I can get to helping riders win lol.
  23. Excellent job. You about covered it. Sadly it wasn't a blowout but an excruciatingly close loss due to crap coaching. Yup. Wasnt the blown call at the end.. Yup just horrible coaching.. Your shtick and agenda is mindboggling.
