Sure.. It's a bomber discussion board and people have opinions.. My opinion is there is a lot of whining going on and a lot of ire when realistically if people didn't expect prices to go up when attendance dipped then they were delusional.. Also, prices are going to rise regardless of what happens simply due to inflation.. I don't think a price freeze is ever going to happen, do you?

Getting stronger & bigger makes it easier to absorb some of the hellacious hits Drew took this year. It should help preventing soft tissue injuries better. Of course it won't help when whacking a thumb off a helmet or tearing a knee ligament. If he comes in about 20 lbs stronger we'll see a different player I think for the better. but again, what does that have to do with being tough? Exactly.. Willy is plenty tough.. Getting bigger or more muscles isnt going to add to that... you're tough or you're not.. Ive seen muscle bound meatheads who were the biggest pansies and ive seen scrawny beanpoles who have pain tollerences beyond belief.. Adding muscle might make him morw sturdy or resillient but thats bout it...

Yea morleys snaps seemed like they got less and less speedy and were almost half strength for some reason.. Never had a bad snap that I could remember..

I believe they automatically become FAs once the season ends... maybe the team made the decision to release them immediately instead of doing so after the season "officially" ends... This just seems peculiar because of the timing... I think that's what gets people worked up... not necessarily the loss of Kyle Norris... you would think there would be some mandate that would prevent these kinds of things from happening... I mean Ottawa's season is done but they still have a game to play... why can't someone pluck from their PR right now (rhetorical question)?? They could... And ottawa would have to let them go, activate them for the game or make a trade... Also, that player has to agree to leave the team as well..

Why anyone is worked up about montreal stealing Norris off our PR is mind boggling... its also funny that someone suggests that we ought to be doing it... How da hell do you know we havent been and got turned down by players? I imagine Norris figures a shot at playoff money is better then early dismissal so him saying no was doubtful... But hypothetically speaking, if we asked peach to join the bombers he could have said no,.calgary could have activated him, etc etc.. Just because this one instance worked out for popp doesnt mean its a regular occurance OR that we havent tried..

Very nice to hear. I wasn't sure if he was playing DL or OL this year. Chris Greaves 2.0 I like to see he's excelling in his limited time as a guard.. Can't remember if Greaves played a season in university as an o-liner or not... Regardless, getting those extra snaps means he's that much ahead of the curve when he lands here full time..

They count as territorial exemption, only the Bombers can first sign them. If they sign with the Bombers and then cut eventually, they will count as free agents. And this is because they are not university players but local players in a junior league?

Maybe the old way of doing things is wrong in today's CFL.. just like how an undersized LB core used to be more effective then a big one due to small scatbacks and more receiver sets... Now, we see more bruising backs and less scatbacks and bigger blockers so undersized LBs are not cutting it... Can't force tradition to work in the cfl.. The game changes almost on a season to season basis it seems..

???? Say what? If I'm not mistaken, in those 53 minutes, the Bombers were in a position to score but failed on three different occasions (2 missed field goals and a missed convert). Yes, one convert but only one FG. Hajrullahu kicked 4 of 5 FGs and unofficially, I believe, set a new Bomber and CFL rookie percentage record. Will wait for the official word on the actual percentages from the CFL news centre. Congratulations mr. rookie kicker. Awesome season from lirim. Hope he hit the required percentages..

Slandering players on a public forum is pretty low but to go beyond that and say you have "proof" from responding people (which is still heresy and not proof at all..) is beyond douchey... I'll go even farther and say I know a fire chief and a paramedic supervisor who are my very close friends.AND huge Jets fans and neither one of them has mentioned such a juicy tidbit of information to me during our hang outs or at games... So take that for what it's worth..
