How do you know this?I ask because I am super curious about why the Bombers gave up on Elliott and I want to know if I can take you seriously or not. id vote not.elliott was "apparently" uncoachable, unwilling to listen or follow directions... no one has any evidence tho.. only thing we do know is he tore a strip off of jade for running a wrong route.. dunno if jade or joey got it wrong tho..

i thought all qbs looked equally crappy... i also dont have a score card or video footage to reference like the coaches do so i too tend to listen to what the coaches say over forum denizens/media.. i dont think the o-line played well.. at all.. and from what i understand, edwards was the only consistent reciever.. *shrug* i still think coaches and coordinators are the.best judges of whos doing their jobs and i cant see why they would willingly lie about players performances... especially when hes been brutally honest in the past...

Yes there is.He's certainly not the best coach of all time, but the group that's been given to him to lead is an absolute dumpster fire. Mack left him with little talent to work with, and Burke has made it worse by not surrounding himself with good coordinators. That's a recipe for a train wreck season. Does Burke have any less talent than Mike Kelly did? Does he have less then Reinbold did? he horribly misjudged his preferences at quarterback (why do we all blame Mack when the coaches are the ones who ran Elliott out of town and expressed their love of Pierce) None of them had much talent to work with.He picked a bad qb over other bad qb's. We blame Mack for the qb issue b/c there were no good options on our roster this offseason to choose from.*edited* That's a pathetic comparison!!!!!!! and a ahole comment!!!! I agree... pretty dickheaded comment

thats true.. he said.crowtons offense had extra stuff for the players to attempt to follow and not simply one set play.. crowton out-thunk himself out of a job it sounds like... but i am curious, were they that confounding or are our offensive players that dense?

I hope for 2 things personally.. o-line. fix it. gut it, trade for it.. go more americans.. I don't care.. I've defended it and truly.thought it was.getting better but it's not.. it's baaaaad. Boatman is embarrassing already.. only pieces I would keep definitively is Greaves, pencer and... Sorenson? maybe?.. get the defense figured out again... our D-line is deadly.. LBs and secondary are so inconsistent.. and a qb. buy, trade, steal.. I can't rally around these guys anymore.. Hall could pan out but otherwise.. someone else actually said it best.. could Ottawa end up with a better team?

I still can't fathom people believe we had any chance at Reilly.. he was not going to play here. the offer to even talk to him was too steep, especially when ALL indicators had him liking EDM. not mention that even if Mack pulled off the impossible, Reilly.is probably shelved due to.being crushed to.bits behind our o-line or stuck behind goltz or Buck because we don't know how to settle on a qb.. does anyone truly believe Reilly would.have been the saviour for Mack, Crowton and buchko?

any to grasp at for the time being? MB, a cfl experienced offensive couch should be a positive.. any of our draft picks from this season or others possibly coming down the pipe? neg listers? im pretty tapped out for rainbows n sunshine at this point lol
