call bullshit all you want man, he had Lefors and Michael Bishop as his QBs.. what are you gonna do with that offense beyond, throw it a million miles and hope for the best? you telling me he went from being a horrific coach to coach of the year and winning a championship in 5 years?

I get a lot of people were rubbed the wrong way by Kelly in his time here.. I'm just sayin' its not like hes a coach of reinbold failure levels. Hes won and done it at a few different levels. his second go round here was an epic failure on many levels but it wasnt due to his inabilities to coach.

actually, Mike Kelly just won a national champion ship as a Head Coach for Widener University as well as MAC coach of the year..

Kito played, Aprile played and still is, Mulamba landed as a Ram in the NFL this season and Robertson got some spot duty I thought as well.. not like they were as bad as Addision's pick was for game reps but all were definitely closer to bad picks then good picks when you consider them to the list that Walters has amassed yup.

ya I can't fault Walters for going with the kid. he was a legit pick at that point, had the stats to back it up in uni. Hell, even Bison's here in the city were saying it was a smart move as he kept lighting them up when they played.. his body betrayed him.. thems the breaks.

well said. it really hasn't adversely effected our roster or cap so why people are bent out of shape for him getting perennially injured escapes me. Sure, it sucks. Im sure it sucks even worse for him. He had a very good college career from all indicators so I'm willing to bet Walters and O'shea want to see if he has what they thought he has still. Will he ever get to showcase himself? who knows. I'd have thought so but if hes PR'd now, its either next season territory or emergency recall I'd think..

ya tbh I don't think anyone (beyond trump and the simpsons) saw this coming.

except they have hours of practice against him so they should know his tendencies and what he likes to do.. hopefully anyway.
