You say you like to work with facts and not conjecture yet you have already shown in the past that you will only believe what the coach says if it fits what you currently believe to be the truth. So even if he fully disclosed injuries, there is a good chance that you would choose to believe he is lying. As for timeframes, injuries aren't always an exact science. Players have setbacks while training or rehabbing. The truth is that there is a very small percentage of fans that follow these things as closely as the people on this site do, and satisfying their curiosity does not out weigh the cons of fully disclosing injuries. The way I see it is that there are two main reasons why they don't disclose injuries: 1) First, medical conditions are a personal matter and a player would have to agree to have their injury disclosed for a coach to get up in public and do so. This is a matter of a right to privacy between a player and a doctor. I've heard Maurice say this a number of times in his interviews for Jets players. That due to privacy of medical information, he does not have the right to disclose ailments of other people without their permission. Is he making that up to not answer the question? Possibly, I'm not a privacy lawyer, but that explanation certainly makes sense to me. 2) Injuries rarely fully heal during the season and they won't other teams targeting those injuries to take a player out during a game. This is just common sense and the reason why most teams in any sport don't fully disclose injury information. As for how O'Shea treats the media. I can understand why he has the disdain he does for the questions they ask, but I agree he needs to work on how he handles them better. If you do not like what i am typing then do not read. How about that? I know more about football than pretty much all of you combined and have more experience to back it up. Deal with it. IC Khari I see now what they mean by you being the most annoying poster here. You have zero knowledge of anything and lack sense in anything you type. Obviously you have never been around a football team or the media. I can assure you that the local media talk about things all the time. It's their right. Try being involved with NHL media outside Winnipeg. I can not tell as i am not inside the locker room. But they are. And if they say its an unusual locker room then they are right. If you recall few years ago with Mike Kelly how he did not like the locker room and tried to make changes just on that alone. It's a serious problem. Some of these players join cliques that stick with them to the pros. You can tell already that 3 of 4 players are extremely close. You don't think this shows inside the locker room. Do you think they are all buddies? most of these players dont give a damn about one another so put down your pride and get a reality check. This is pro football. I can tell from day 1 from the break that the coaches distant themselves from players as there already is a social barrier. MOS last year alone spoke about being a player coach trying to build a nucleus that can help build this team up from the ground. Saskatchewan did a great job with that. Winnipeg has struggled. Gotta keep the locker room together and it starts in camp. so far it might not be going to well. You must, you can tell us who's going to make the team without even attending TC.

Saying the players are divided and not talking to each other and saying he heard that from the media and asking someone to tweet a player about it, is stupidity bordering on slander IMO. Even the Winnipeg media isn't that dumb. The players do have different areas to practice the different positions but something like that in this twitter age could hurt the team if taken seriously and reposted by someone who had no knowledge of the troll. Just my opinion ...
