Why wouldn't we dress another import receiver for this game? I just read Penton's blog & he said we're only dressing 5 receivers. That doesn't seem like a very good idea to me. Put Lucas in instead of Frazier and have Wallace Miles replace Watson.

I read a tweet that said West pushed him out of bounds on the last play of practice and he ran into a camerman. Knuckles tweeted that Burke was pissed at West after the play.

Is it that or just a total lack of faith in the backups? Probably a bit of both... Hefney got cut b/c Burke believed in the talent behind him and felt comfortable he could be replaced. As much as some believe Burke is just playing favourites, the even worse option is that the coaching staff knows qbs # 2 & 3 are worse.

That's pretty strong, considering we have no idea what things are like in the dressing room.

This is like their D from the Don Matthews days. They brought the house nearly every single down. I remember a game in Winnipeg where they got something stupid like a dozen sacks on us. It's certainly a benefit having a front 4 that can get pressure on its own.

Some of those collection agencies are brutal. They don't care what the issue is, they just want the money. They'll harrass you at home and work. The best advice is to never accept an offer over the phone from a company you've never heard of before, but I assume you're not interested in that advice right now. My guess was the plan was to either block the punt or set up a return. Once neither of those things happened they just ran out the clock.

Yeah, I'm worried about the blocking from our rb's. I thought Simpson was supposed to be a good blocker, but I didn't see that last night.

My guess is Sears will come in as a DI next week, bumping Markett off the roster and leaving our starting unit intact. I thought Johnson was pretty good last night on D. It was st's where he stunk.
