I've never watched a KHL game, but is it really that much better? Linus Omark, Nigel Dawes, & Linden Vey are all in their top 5 scorers.

I'd allow challenges on pi, but not illegal contact. A bad pi call can change a game.

I don't know what the highest paid backup Canadians make in the CFL get, but that's what Thomas should get. Really like him as a backup, but he's not good enough to be a starter and shouldn't be paid like one.

He was kind of in a no-win situation there. Imo, the guy behind him would have beaten him either way, so he tried to be aggressive and keep the puck in the zone.

Collaros has a huge contract and was terrible last season, so I don't think it's that surprising.

Interesting trade. What are the chances of Collaros redoing his contract with them? Seems like a worthwhile gamble to take for the Riders.

I saw an interview with Doughty and he said that Vegas is maybe the hardest team to play against b/c they give full effort on every shift. That what building a team full of grinders will give you. Getting breakout performances from guys like Karlsson and Haula doesn't hurt either.

Maurice pushing all the right buttons again. Wheeler was very good at centre and Matthias buries one. We had a big advantage in team speed. Armia's burst on his breakaway was crazy.

Yeah, he comes in second (at best) on Als rumours. He seems like he hates his job. I follow him on twitter and he's always pissy about something. I don't think that Didier whatshisname likes him much either. Herb corrected a tweet of his and Didier basically told him to **** off.

Bridge re-signs for 1 year in Sask. I like the idea of playing them three times next season with Bridge/Glenn at qb a lot more than Franklin.

Interesting choice. He's had NFL seasons ranging from great to garbage and mixed results in college. Not that it means much, but his high school coaching record was terrible lol.
