    Yes I did. I'd be happy with a Mason/Helle combo. Mason had four good seasons before last year and is still fairly young.

    "all these teams"...There have been two trades for a goalie, and we never would have never been in the running for Bishop anyways.

    Lawless' suggestion of Ehlers and Comrie for Schneider was crazy. I'd offer Helle and a 2nd rounder or 2nd tier prospect. If they want more we could just move on.

    We're pretty light on defensive ends for camp.

    A friend of my parents, who was approx. 300 pounds, did this and lost probably 100 pounds. He said he felt starved the entire time and gained it all back when he quit. He walks every day now and has lost at least half of that weight again.
