God helps those that help themselves. And the government takes care of the rest of them.

Realized that being a lawyer isn't as fun as playing football -
Yeah I agree. The timing was perfect. Kinda an interesting strategy that would only work in the CFL.

It would have been second overall. The funny thing was that Singleton probably would have gone first overall to Saskatchewan but a rumour came out before the draft that we was still pursuing the NFL. Then after Sask made their pick, it was made known that Singleton was not pursuing the NFL and would be coming to the CFL.

I believe they have a ramp

I don't think a CFL game would be a fit for a AAA studio like EA, but maybe one of the smaller game dev shops can handle it. There is a lot of room between top-of-the-line EA and 2 guys in a dank room Canuck Play.

The fact that this is all coming out now when there is a mayoral election in 3 weeks or so, is not a coincidence. It's all just posturing. Same **** as we saw in Edmonton. A deal will get done.

Yeah they're already talking about that.

He might hurt me if he hears I compared him to Shayon Green

Mike Riley would be a good one. And then O'Shea in a few years after a couple cups -
Yes I agree, if EA made the game it would be way better. I respect Canuck Play for trying, but they came up with a poor product and the league was right not to align with them. I am surprised and impressed by the CFL making this mobile game. It is a smart move.

Well he still hasn't done anything that makes me believe he is even a better option that Shayon Green. Prove me wrong, Opo, prove me wrong!

Bombers vs Redblacks: Bomber Football Is Back Edition

Sure it is. If we didn't DI Flanders, we would have DI'd Thorpe (or Lankford, and started Thorpe). Just like it worked before Flanders came in to the lineup. -
A real reporter doesn't wait for the news to be handed to him, he goes out and finds it himself. This is just a journalist getting mad because he has to do real work rather than pump out 200 words in 15 minutes a day based on a few cherry-picked quotes and a press release. Traditional media deserves all the problems they've been having because they let themselves get stale and lazy.

Hell of a player! Could definitely be an impact signing but he hasn't played in awhile.

I'd like to see a little more consistency in his game. He has made an impact in 3 out of the 7 games he has played in.... but in the other 4 he struggled to gain 2 or 3 yards per carry. You could argue it's a lack of opportunity but if he is not producing then the coaches are not at fault. A guy like Flanders isn't going to get 10 touches just to get going. He needs to produce every time he touches the ball. While I do like Flanders, the spotlight is now on him to perform because we let Thorpe go in order to keep him. Earn that spot. -
Taxes and fees will do nothing to reduce the human impact on climate change. We should be incentivizing technological advancement rather than throwing more taxes on the population. More green energy, more green transportation... that's the way forward. Not asking everyone to reduce their consumption. That's an idiotic approach and it will never work. And by the way, until you can get China, India, and other highly populated countries to reduce their emissions, any changes made by the US and Canada will be futile. We are just a drop in the bucket compared to what happens elsewhere in the world. Make no mistake, all this talk of carbon and emissions tax is just a money grab by government, parading under the guise of protecting the environment. It almost makes me sick how many people buy into the lie.

I thought Tony Romo was maybe the best colour guy I've heard in years. Unconventional and unpolished, but highly entertaining.

Some guys suck at being commentators and so do some women. Personally I think she was awful.
