With 4 DIs I think having a great kicker is possibly the best use of a DI spot. We saw first hand the impact that Medlock had. Could an additional backup receiver or linebacker have even remotely close to the same impact on the team? Even with Medlock you have room for 3 other guys which could be a DB/returner, WR/returner, and additional DL for rotating in. It would be nice to get a guy like Flanders on the roster but is it worth it for 3-5 carries per game?

Not obnoxious at all, not at all.

What, with a Monty Python video mocking you? Yeah I guess that's considered returning to the discussion.

I just thought you might like to know why everyone keeps walking away from your "discussions". Clearly though, you aren't interested. LOL.

Don't forget we also have TO's third rounder next year from the Willy trade. -
Not once have you shown a desire to engage in discussion. You are Mr. Strawman. You constantly argue against points that no one has made while liberally sprinkling in eye rolls, self-righteous affirmations and condescension. It is impossible to discuss with someone like this.

I will mock you, but not for being a number nerd, but for missing my obviously correct and flawless standings prediction.

hint hint, you're unbearably obnoxious

I didn't see a single second of RAW but I heard there were some good moments between Samoa Joe and Paul Heyman.

It's been a good one. Can't wait to see NSH take the cup at home in game 6.

Yeah I thought the same thing. It's a ridiculous name but at least they found a way to make it work. I don't agree on the booking. I think Bayley has been getting pushed. She is getting the title spots. She is going to be the ultimate underdog story and you don't get that without looking like the management is against you. There will be lots of time for Bayley and she doesn't seem to be losing fans. Plus Alexa Bliss is the greatest thing to happen to women's wrestling since... I don't even know. I can't recall anyone like her. Incredibly attractive, totally believable in her character, and pretty decent in the ring and still improving. She's the best.

Scott Macdonell never really lived up to his potential in Ottawa. But did he get a legit chance? With our lack of Canadian depth right now, I wouldn't mind bringing him in for a look and see what he's got. -
Well kinda. He's going to lose to Lesnar in a month lol. Gotta be nice for him to get a big win though.

Alexa Bliss is so awesome

I wish the Bombers were doing a mock game like this! -
No but they just published this Tristan Okpalaugo article yesterday and it's similar to last year's rookie diary. https://www.bluebombers.com/2017/06/03/words-tristan-okpalaugo/

There were a lot of other problems in 2012. Lapo lost control of the offence to Crowton. Both our starting tackles got injured and the "depth" behind them was terrible. We had multiple injuries in the secondary which in addition to cutting Clint Kent really brought us down. Joe Lobendahn was released after being a key part of the 7-1 run in 2011. Buck got injured and our backups couldn't cut it. Just a disaster all around. I don't see the same lack of player depth and turmoil in the coaching staff this year.

Which President's Trophy? For finishing first in the NHL or for being the top defensive player in CIS?

Yeah it's true, our possible #3 QB has been with 4 teams. How many has your starter been with? -
I see women knitting everywhere. Bomber games, Jets games, on the bus, in class while I was in school.... knitting is so hot right now.

Thanks sweep!

True and that's why I think it's a mistake to withdraw... it's important in spirit and how much a nation chooses to invest in achieving the targets is totally within their control. This is an assumption, we can't truly know either way what would have happened. It's a fair assumption but still just that... an assumption. I'm not ready to pat the government on the back for what the private sector and society as a whole has accomplished so far.

This is basically how I feel. I think the Paris Climate Accord is a joke and although you have ~195 countries involved, will even 10% of them actually hit the goals set out by the agreement? I doubt it. It's more for show than anything else.... people will reduce their emissions as technology allows it (in terms of generating clean energy efficiently and reducing emissions from vehicles by switching to electric or otherwise). It will be a natural process driven by innovation, not government intervention. However, because the agreement is actually so toothless, withdrawing from it will cause more problems than it will solve. It's making even more enemies for Trump and America whereas they could easily just stay on with the agreement and ignore its goals like most other countries will.
