  1. Are you sure? Maybe you've been sleep-writing
  2. https://jetsnation.ca/2017/03/31/mathieu-perreaults-next-contract-has-already-been-paid-for/
  3. If we go 7-3-1 the pick is almost certainly Myers. If we go 4-4-1 we lose Perreault, Lowry, or Armia, depending on what Vegas needs and whether they are going all-in on the future or they think they can compete in this upcoming season. I'd rather lose Lowry than Perreault. Bottom six centers aren't that hard to find. Top six players are. And Perreault can play center and wing and is locked in for the next 4 years at a decent salary.
  4. Who cares if we lose Helle if we have a better goalie? And what makes you so sure Vegas would take him anyways? May find it shocking but not everyone around the league looks at our sub-average goaltending and sees a star-in-waiting.
  5. It's not about the numbers. Kris Robertson ran a 4.4 and he's not even employed. Wright started at safety for 2 years in the NCAA div 2 and was great at the combine. He's exactly what we need to back up Loffler. If Loffler goes down now, we're putting an American in his place. With Wright, we might not have to. Even at 210 pounds he ran a 4.6 and had the second best shuttle time. Agile, physical, and experienced. That's why people are excited.
  6. Yeah.... Lawless was still the only guy with inside scoops on the CFL until Dunk came along. Dunk seems to do a pretty damn good job now though.
  7. He was actually a mini-camp invite. Didn't even have a contract. Very rare for those guys to earn contracts but both he and Linden Gaydosh did it. Guys in that situation this year are Jordan Herdman, Kwaku Boateng, Christophe Mulumba, Alex Morrison, and Felix Menard-Briere. In 2015 the NY Giants basically invited the entire CFL scouting top 20 to their mini-camp but none of them got contracts.
  8. Jeff's a veteran guy and he's been through his own set of issues so he may be more chill and forgiving than someone else in his position.
  9. Sheamus is also a danger to everyone in the ring. He kicked Jeff Hardy in the face on RAW and knocked his tooth out. Not the first time he's injured someone. But I'll be honest, WWE has basically lost me since Wrestlemania. It's just too repetitive and I'm not into the guys they're pushing as main eventers (Samoa Joe, Finn Balor, Jinder Mahal, Roman Reigns.... ugh). Over the last 3 weeks I may have caught 2 or 3 matches total. I didn't even know Payback was on on Sunday.
  10. I don't think we ever see Morgan starting either. I'd like to see us draft Dondre Wright if possible because I think he would be an upgrade over both Jones and Morgan.
  11. I just don't think he has the speed and that's one thing that experience can't teach. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't see it happening.
  12. Also Thomas Miles, Louie Richardson, Teague Sherman, Andrew Smith, Eddie Steele, Landon Rice....
  13. ******* Bo Jackson over here
  14. I highly recommend DDP yoga. You can buy the videos or find them online for free (illegally). No hippie bullshit and you do it in the comfort of your home. I love it.
  15. Huge loss, wow. I hate this.
  16. I find "no carbs" unrealistic and too hard to follow. I just don't binge on 6 pieces of toast anymore and huge plates of pasta. I have an egg with 2 turkey sausages in a small whole wheat wrap every morning and it seems to work for me. 29 years old - 5'11" down from 246 lbs to 223 and still dropping with only casual exercise (long walk every day at lunch, DDP yoga regularly, some weights and sports like golf/softball/hockey).
  17. "Bulletproof coffee".... not just butter but also coconut oil/MCT oil
  18. Honestly I want one of the Caps' goalies - Holtby or Grubauer. They are going to lose Grubauer to Vegas FOR SURE if they keep Holtby. I believe we could trade for one of them. Not cheap. But I'd be willing to move two first round picks and more for Holtby (he could be on the outs if the Caps have another early exit... stay tuned). I'd pay less for Grubauer but still a decent price, perhaps a first rounder and a good prospect like Roslovic.
  19. It's only because he counted the forfeit pick as pick 20.
  20. I think we can give up on the idea of Jones ever being a starting DB in the CFL.
  21. Nice username. Have to agree with Bigblue. If you can get in that "overhang" in the upper deck, anywhere between the 25's, you're in great seats.
  22. I think he's in the CFL by September 2018.
  23. Yes I tend to agree. I wouldn't spend #1 on Gray. But #6? Maybe....
  24. No that info is hard to find. I think you're referring to the 3down article by John Hodge. He says: That's only 5 players and 2 of them are free agents. Very small sample size and still 2 of them could be in the CFL sooner rather than later.
