I was thinking Owens, but there is already the match announced for RAW PPV Payback between he and Jericho for the US title. I guess that's not a huge deal and they could work around it.
They have more than you might think initially, with Lucic, Hendricks, Russell, Desharnais, and Maroon.... and zero playoff experience makes no difference to supernaturally-skilled guys like McDavid and Draisaitl. Book it now, Oilers are eating Shark-fin soup
My position would be: take in no refugees, do not bomb Syria. Let them fight it out, winner takes all. Not our problem.
Ten million refugees out there, doesn't make a difference if we take in 10,000, that just leaves the other 9,990,000 to deal with the consequences. And we sure as hell aren't taking in all ten million. So let them figure it out themselves.
Well we were told that we don't need to see the investigation into Russia hacking the election, and everyone was okay with just believing the conclusions. But this is different, because we don't like the conclusions?
Sharks have had a tough time with the Oilers for years, even when the Oilers sucked. That matchup is death for them.
Blue jackets have no chance against the Pens.
You can even hear it in the announcing... I remember watching Smackdown a few weeks back and JBL was like "Mauro you don't know anything!! That's why you're not married and you never will be!!!!" Mauro just went completely silent. I was like, geez that's a little harsh, even for a heel announcer.
Although I certainly agreed with Jonathan Coachman telling off Meltzer. Someone tweeted a line I thought was pretty funny and incredibly true:
LOL. **** Meltzer and the IWC.
When's the last time anyone cared what Adam Wazny had to say? Used to say he's the biggest loser in Winnipeg sports media but ever since he got booted out of that group, he's just an everyday loser.
Walking. To IGF. Yes, wonderful solution for what, 2% of people in the city?
Blue collar Danny doesn't take his family to Jets games. That's the whole point. The Bombers want that market.
Your last point... I don't know, if you don't think there are people in Winnipeg just scraping by, then that's your illusion, I won't ruin it for you.
Park and ride is optional but transportation to the game is not. If you remove park and ride you remove the most cost-effective option. If you increase the price, then people will have no choice but to pay more.
The answer to the next two questions are that Jets games are not affordable for families so that's irrelevant. We're not talking about an extra 5 dollars impacting Joe Businessman or Billy the Drunk, we're talking about an extra 5 dollars per person for blue-collar Danny to take his whole family.
