I went to compare career stats for some receivers and it turns out they all have blank receptions for blank yards and blank touchdowns. I love the new simplified CFL stats page.

I'm sure they'll come to an agreement soon

Meh, not a huge blow, really... just a sixth round pick. Most teams will be cutting the guys they drafted in the sixth round anyways.

Who is getting that final slot in the MitB match? Bray Wyatt?
-
Who the **** is Brian Kelly lol

Put Big E as the final competitor in Money in the Bank, have him win it and subsequently the WWE title. Now Kofi and Xavier are the tag champs and Big E is the WWE champ and they can all appear whenever and wherever they want. Haha. Yeah right! Did someone say Stephanie is trying to be a face? Well that's never going to work, lol. I wasn't sure what they were getting at with her. She is just not likeable, not one bit.

AJ Styles vs John Cena feud incoming! Sweet!

I can't believe Mike doesn't think strength is important for offensive linemen. Clueless

Yeah I was there. You know Saturday in Winnipeg the crowd is always ready to rock. And the crowd was going off last night. Absolutely massive reception for Jericho. Say what you want about Y2J but the man is a legend and the crowd let him hear it. It was really something else. Highlights were New Day vs Vaudevillians (even though it was the exact same finish as Extreme Rules!), Six diva match - Sasha returns with Paige and Becky on one team and Dana Brooke and Summer Rae teamed with LANA , triple threat between Del Rio, Kalisto and Rusev, and of course the Winnipeg Street Fight main event between Dean and Jericho. I've been to every WWE show here since 2013, I think that's four shows now, and this one was probably second best. You're not kidding when you say Winnipeg deserves a TV opportunity. What a crowd. Not sure the crowd would bring it like that on a Sunday or Monday though.

Luckily, while Lapo will be in charge of play calling, it is the head coach's responsibility to decide whether to kick a field goal or go for it. And if Lapo wants to call a draw and O'Shea wants to throw a deep pass, they will throw a deep pass. Lapo being conservative shouldn't be as big of an issue with him as OC rather than head coach. Hopefully.

"If" he signs a contract? What else is he going to do, retire? And do you actually think this would have any impact on negotiations for a new contract 2 or 3 years down the line? That's a long time to hold a grudge. If he proves he's a good player then he will get paid as such and money talks, a lot more than hard feelings.

I don't mind this tactic by Chris Jones. They don't need St. John in the lineup right away, they have enough Canadian OL to easily start 3 with depth behind them. Offering the league minimum is a **** move (and I'm not sure we're hearing the full story there) but I can understand the Riders holding out for a bargain.

I don't mind that idea. I never liked having two championships. What happened with the other titles last time? IC title, tag team titles, etc. Do they get stuck on one show and only get transferred at PPVs?

Really interesting stuff with the potential roster split. I love the idea of going live with Smackdown too. I'm not very motivated to watch it tonight because I already read about what happened live last night. I believe they do have a big enough roster to do this. Think about the guys coming back from injury and who we didn't see on RAW on Monday. Cena, Orton, Wyatt (and family), Del Rio, Zack Ryder, Titus O'Neil, Darren Young, Goldust, R-Truth, Kane, Big Show. And this also gives them a chance to showcase more women's matches. They usually only do one or two segments per night but the women's roster is expanding now... you don't want the fans to forget about Becky Lynch or Sasha Banks but they seem to be pushed to the side as Charlotte, Natalya and Dana Brooke are in the spotlight.

I'm not so sure. The games are listed on the schedule but it doesn't say they are broadcasting them. If you go to the CFL on TSN tab, none of the pre-season games are listed in the broadcast schedule.

Jarrid Bryant was with the Bombers briefly last off-season but he didn't make it past mini-camp

The team can trade his rights but otherwise the player belongs to the team that drafted him indefinitely. They can't play in the CFL or sign with any other team. Sitting out a year, going back to school, etc. has no impact, the rights to that player will always belong to the drafting team until they sign a contract or the rights are traded away.

Kohlert?? He is a lock. I will be shocked if he gets cut. Shocked I say.

I'm just happy to see Bob Backlund again

Seems more like a columnist's musing more than a rumour based on any sources.

I don't think there's any chance Bastien beats Richards, but the question is whether Richards will be healthy enough to play.

The Sharks just have so much scoring depth. They also have competent defence and goaltending. I suppose you could say that about all 4 remaining teams but there is just something about having young guys like Couture and Pavelski leading the charge while letting Marleau and Thornton support them.... It seems like a winning combination.

Sharks beat the Blues in 6, then beat the Lightning in 7. Shaaaaark
