I can't count how many times I've read the statement "He can't possibly be worse..." on these forums and then we learn what worse really looks like.

You wouldn't even see a star QB come in and start after 2 practices and Nichols is no star. Unfortunately Brohm is our best option this week.

I don't put that on CC. Look at Chapdelaine's past work as an OC and he always neglects the running backs. I remember Andrew Harris was rumoured to be pissed off about it a couple years back.

What do you think of Cesaro? I have mixed feelings. Awesome wrestler but doesn't seem to have the personality.He's not allowed to have a personality. He's being squashed to push Kevin Owens. Andre The Giant had absolutely no personality yet he was famous. Cesaro has ten times the ability of Owens. KO is a damn good wrestler. Talk about the anti-Vince McMahon type. Does not have the look whatsoever but man can he put on a show. I'm liking this Owens-Cesaro rivalry. I'm not a KO fan. I think he's okay but not better than a lot of guys on the roster. I don't think he's a Top 5 elite guy. He's a talented mid carder getting a push from Triple H. That pop up power bomb he uses isn't on him. His opponent has to actually do the move & sell it. To me, it looks so obvious. Yeah, I would agree, not top 5 at all. He'd be a guy I'd like to see going after the U.S. Title or maybe get him on a team looking for the Tag Titles. Maybe a competitor for the Intercontinental title... maybe. I do like his personality though, he makes a good heel. I'd agree with the pop-up powerbomb comment.

Based on what? I get the argument that you believe he's being held back but if he has never shown any personality (and he hasn't) then how do you know?

I understand what you're saying about personality but guys still have an innate charisma that you just can't write. Their mannerisms and how they conduct themselves in the ring. Guys with real star power. And Cesaro just don't got it. IMO. I missed Raw this week.

No, cause they just traded it to Hamilton. How do you trade a conditional pick? Or was the only condition that Nichols report here? No, they likely traded their own 7th round pick.

I think that's why teams are so willing to give them up. And if you have a player that you aren't planning on using and whose salary is now guaranteed, why not get that salary off the books and potentially add a Canadian asset?

That's an interesting condition because I believe he is a UFA after this season.

I would seriously consider starting Dom Davis over Brohm and I hope the coaching staff does too. At the very least he is a total unknown to the opposition.

No, sorry but you're completely wrong. If you bring in a player midseason and he is already better than the guy you've been developing, you obviously keep the new guy. And I really don't see how this can in any way be used as an indictment on Walters considering he brought in both Lewis and Longo. What if Longo gets on the roster and turns out to be the best RT we've played all year? You got it right in the first part of your post Jesse. This is just fans nitpicking. This kind of move happens on every team, year after year.

If the $$ are even close, I'd take the Stamps, Redblacks and Lions (Order of likelihood of getting a GC appearance, all are more likely to get playoff $) before I'd take Winnipeg if I were Lemon. That's weird I would have expected you to place Winnipeg at the top of the list.

You know what...the MB fan club is over there... ...go sit with them. Youtube super stars. That's the angry video game nerd on the left and Keith Apicary on the right. Both are far more successful than anyone the Bombers have employed this season.
