I think there was an open spot on the roster. Lemieux gets us back up to 23.

Couldn't agree more. Everyone talks about how great Glenn is as a backup QB but how many teams have won the GC after signing him? You'd think if he was so fantastic it would have worked out at some point in the last 15 years.

And then ***** when Nichols gets hurt and we have no QB depth

Game 48 : Killer Whale @ Killer Flu

Well, I had a wolverine. It was supposed to be a cat, but Jason is allergic to cats. I can't remember where I got it. Some back alley taxidermy, maybe? But I think I got it at The Bay taxidermy department. Downtown Winnipeg. Next to the tumbleweeds. - Guy Maddin -
It would be nice to draft a receiver capable of starting. Coates and JFG are ok but... we could use more talent there.

How were Ray and Calvillo doing in the previous few years before Trestman arrived? And then turned it around and had the best seasons of their careers.
-
I'd like to see him back in camp just in case Josh Straughan and Philip Nelson aren't good enough to fill the number 3 role.

Exactly what we needed. Good move.

Game 47 : Cold Feet @ Hot Coals

Entertaining game. Good games from Helle, Perreault, Little and Ehlers... among others. -
**** I was so right

I haven't heard anything but I would guess he is looking to be paid as top 3 DE in the league but with his age and coming off an injury I can understand why we may not want to pay that. I think the two sides figure it out and make a deal at the last minute before FA.

I'm guessing today. -
It's pretty sad that the democrats are so rattled about the economy succeeding thus far under Trump that they are forcing this shutdown in an attempt to slow down the economy. They knew their deal would never be accepted by Trump and it's obvious this was their endgame. It is childish and is going to potentially end up costing billions of dollars just so the dems can score some political points by implying this is entirely the fault of Trump and the republicans. They are playing with people's livelihoods.
-
What's your point? Yes obviously there are more racists on the Trump side. I never disputed that. More disputing @wanna-b-fanboy claim that every racist in USA voted for Trump. And yeah, just so you know, posting a Slate article means about as much to me as if I posted a Fox News article to you. Wildly biased.
-
Oh so that means no one who voted Democrat is a racist. Because you haven't seen any KKK members tweeting about their support of democrats. Holy ****.
-
You're right there are no Democratic racists. The lack of self-awareness on the left is simply shocking.
-
Bacon is pricey too but that doesn't mean I'm going to eat ham with my eggs like some chud
-
I think you'd find that so-called normal people outnumber the "racists" by quite a bit. Unless when you say racist you just mean someone who has held a racist thought in their life... which would probably be almost everyone in North America.

A Lion or a Rider. Derek Dennis was playing guard by the end of the season and if they are going to go with an American there, it would make sense to pursue Bond and release Dennis, considering Dennis is getting big money and is an obvious downgrade on Bond.
-
In other words you basically believe that anyone who supports Trump is the scum of the earth. Oh how nice it must be to only see one side of every issue.

Does this mean we can't have Bond now?

Right. And what I was trying to emphasize with Mason, is that a player can choose to walk away from the game due to concussions, even if he is medically cleared to play. Many athletes are starting to make that decision. Mason's comments after his November concussion lead me to believe that he is worried about the long-term effects and may be starting to weigh the cost/benefit of continuing to play pro hockey. Surely suffering another concussion so soon after the initial one will only make him consider retirement even more.
-
Yeah that wasn't out when I posted originally. So that makes 3 concussions and this latest one is coming right on the heels of the last. Not good.
