Thomas is a pending FA too. I like Thomas but if we can only re-sign one, I rather have Westerman than Thomas. There will be a lot of options out there for rotational DL .

Tait mentioned in one of his articles in bluebombers.com that Spooner will be back. I think its the article re breakdown of Bombers FA. As Walters mentioned since Spooner ended in PR, they have 18 days after GC to resign him. If not teams ,are free to scoop him. I think the 18 days ended last Fri, but so far no teams have signed him yet. Maybe he already signed the contract but not announced yet.

I think they have until Friday to sign him.

They should do at least one move this week. Walters mentioned in his presser that they have 18 days to sign Qadr Spooner (or else he would be free to sign somewhere) . By my count, that 18 days will end this week.
