What does it even matter when they bother to announce it? Because the more it delays the more it looks that it's not a done deal. It's not a Jets gameday today, so what's the excuse now? Maybe the media is busy covering the Jets from last night still, given that it was kind of a historic evening with Perreault and Maurice. Maybe Kyle Walters is busy on the phone with Johnny Sears or Ian Wild. Maybe Richie Hall has the runs. Maybe something else. Again, it doesn't really matter. They'll announce it at a time that works for everyone. ..or maybe there's NOTHING to announce yet.

I'm surprised by this. I thought he would get some interest from teams around the league. I really didn't see him resigning in CGY. It's a given that Walter will re-sign with CGY it's just a matter of when. It's not difficult to guess since Cornish is aging up and Walter will be the heir-apparent. Just like Cornish who bide his time before while playing as backup to Reynolds, Walter is doing the same behind Cornish.

This is getting old already. Is today finally the day the Bombers announce the Richie Hall signing?

Watson is a stud when he's on the field but he's a dud when it comes to health. Same argument we had when we have Pierce in QB.

As what? Cuz special teams ain't available here. DL coach? Lb coach? Db? Doubt it. Why not... our ST is nothing to write home about I would think Richie Hall is a very humble guy and probably will take the demotion in the Riders camp quite well. But it's obvious Chamblin doesnt like him. So unless there are any HC opening in CIS who will consider Hall, might as well move next door (Bombers who has job openings) even for a defensive coach position (assuming Benevides gets the Bombers DC job) instead of working with a guy who doesn't like him.
