  7. Dan Knapp Height: 6'5" Weight: 304 pounds Age: 23 College Career: Saw action in 40 games after redshirting in 2007. Played his first three years as a tight end, catching five passes for 40 yards and a touchdown. He then converted to offensive tackle, where he started six games in 2010 before starting all 13 in 2011. Strengths: At ASU's Pro Day, Knapp put up a phenomenal 41 reps in the bench press, which would have led all offensive linemen had he been invited to the Combine. As a former tight end, Knapp has excellent footwork and agility for a lineman, and showed off a good burst with a 4.8 second 40-yard dash time. He has added nearly 30 pounds since the end of the 2011 season, and with his agility, strength and build, projects as an interesting guard prospect with the ability to also play tackle. Weaknesses: While he has great raw talent, he did not put it all together on the field. Having just been an offensive lineman for two seasons, Knapp is unrefined in his technique. He had many great moments, but was inconsistent in his play. Just barely over 300 pounds, he doesn't have the size of an NFL tackle, and even could be considered on the smaller side of guards, so his best bet may be with a zone blocking team. Knapp has a lot of upside, but figures to be a developmental project. http://www.houseofsparky.com/2012/4/26/2973428/2012-nfl-draft-profile-dan-knapp
  8. as much as I would like to go with Simpson.... I think I'm gonna ride with C.J Gable with this one.
  9. bring back Elliott, release Goltz
  10. the win buys Goltz another week to be the starter. i know the D and ST contributed a lot for that win. Our O is aweful last night but so does the Riders. As long as the win comes Goltz will start, I think.
  11. well, that's not bad. I lasted until the last week of this game. nice
  12. BC's Oline is not that good also, see how many times Lulay getting rushed?
  13. you know the good news about this ? #4 is now available and we can strip the #6 off Levi Brown ;D
  14. Cory Watson for Chris Best anybody? shoot he's on 9-gamer hmmm... Cory Watson for Bomben ?
  15. or maybe we can even send Foster too
  16. Gotta think this is the precursor to a NI REC for NI OL deal perhaps. that's what I'm thinking too. Etienne or Kohlert to Sask? Poblah or Watson to MTL?
  17. i still hope they pickup elliott, i ike him over boltus actually.
  18. this is turning to be an excellet night... we scored 2 wins tonight !
  19. Kyle Walters for GM !
  20. wooohoooo !!!! the JINX have been lifted !!! wooohoooo !!!
  21. end of the line for me.... but at least the Bombers D played strong and prove me wrong... im estatic of the Bombers first Banjo Bowl win in IGF * woooooooooooooooooot*
  22. me and many others would like to see him back here. but i dont think Burke will be interested.
  23. Walters managed a CIS football program before and done a good job. I know managing a professional football club is a different animal. but Walters sounds like he has a good handle of the current situation and has a established plan to better the football team. Personally, I'm willing to see what he can do as a GM.
  24. that's true becuase even if we hire another GM, he will stay with the organization us the Asst GM and/or Director of Canadian Scouting
