Its actually a combination of Lapo and Nichols. Lapo always play it safe and dont like taking risk, So he always call for short to medium throws. Nichols cant scramble just like Collaros. He will be sitting duck if he hold on to the ball that long. He needs to get rid of the ball with quick short throws otherwise he will be eaten alive.

Kick doesnt have a lot of hang time from what I can notice. Not as high as Medlock would kick it.
