  1. Here are the number of points given up by the Toronto for every regular season game and both playoff games (not including the Grey Cup). 27, 36, 30, 30, 18, 27, 14, 27, 25, 19, 31, 41, 17, 33, 31, 11, 31, 31, 38, 28 Any guesses on which team they played in the bolded games? Our coaching staff, especially on offense, crapped the bed to a shocking degree. But no, its us fans who are overreacting. The coaches were fine!
  2. Zach is clearly on a downward trajectory and that isn't even considering Grey Cup performance. I think we need to consider every option.
  3. Oh my god I just realized, the finger injury is Osh's alibi this year isn't it. No changes will be made and we will have learned nothing.
  4. Walters: I really want to find a way to sign Jake in the middle. Osh, probably: But we already have one!
  5. Here are 5 reasons: 2019: 17/23, 170 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT 2021: 21/32, 240 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT 2022: 14/23, 183 yards, 0 TD, 1 INT 2023: 19/23, 236 yards, 0 TD, 1 INT 2024: 15/30, 202 yards, 0 TD, 4 INT And yes I am aware we won two of those anyways.
  6. Hamilton might. Especially if Bo wants out.
  7. Let's say we make some changes in the offseason. We upgrade at KR and in the front 7. We have a healthy receiving corps (Schoen, Wilson on year 2, maybe a free agent or a rookie find). We rattle off 12 wins and make the Grey Cup. Zach is your QB, Buck is your OC, and we are facing Toronto or Montreal at home for the Grey Cup. Does anyone go into that game thinking we have a chance at winning?
  8. If you let Wilson take the remainder of the game, and either run the ball a ton or mix in some passes to the flats, dump offs, sweeps, etc, can we gut that game out with field goals?
  9. They are all starters (but only if the "starter" starters are literally dead or in a wheelchair).
  10. 2 & out after the half was when I knew it was over.
  11. Let's say Zach has one year left. And let's say there are a bunch of QBs available this offseason: Ford, VAJ, Alexander, McCheese (barf) Would you cut bait on one year of Zach for multiple years of any of the above?
  12. Because they are too busy trying to pass the Bethel Test: - At least two ancestors - The ancestors must have a conversation with each other - The conversation has to be about something other than football
  13. Everyone knows Demski was offside on the Wheatfall miss, right? We are just choosing to ignore it? People making excuses for Demski's ankle but he dropped a couple and went offside twice. Terrible game for him.
  14. Does Osh put him in? And if he does, does Buck let him throw?
  15. The point is we were the favourites going into all 4 of the last Grey Cups. We had the horses to not make it come down to a fingertip here, a block there, but the offense was dog crap in all 4.
  16. So, Chris Streveler has thrown the same number of regulation time TDs as Zach in the last 5 Grey Cups. That number is 1. In 5 Grey Cups.
  17. If the Ticats player doesn't brain fart and give up a single we lose on the field goal as well. Someone posted Zach's Grey Cup numbers over the 5 years and even I was shocked at how bad they are.
  18. We were a Nichols fingernail away from this being 4 in a row. Let that sink in.
  19. A healthy Zach loses that game too. The execution and the game plan were both putrid to that point. We could all see it at half time.
  20. I'm just going to say it: having Zach go long on his first throw with a glove and an injured hand is fireable. Leave whoever made that call in BC. The single dumbest play call I can possibly imagine. Would it have made a difference? Not likely. But the amount of brain rot required to make that call....
  21. Nah let people get it out. Keep the personal attacks down but everything else is fair game IMO.
  22. I spent all day feeling good about the game for some reason, but our offense's performance in past Grey Cups kept nagging at me. I kept pushing it down, but it wouldn't go away. To not scheme a way to put this game on Brady's back is absolute waste and a complete shame. To put it all on a QB who has proved over and over again that he completely disintegrates in the big game is even worse.
  23. Who keeps putting Whitehead back there all year despite contributing nothing? Who ignores their MOP running back in scoring range instead of throwing to a receiver that played half a season? Coaches that's who.
