This one quote shows how little she truly knows. Every single UFC star has lost at least one fight (Jon Jones would be the exception since his one official loss was a DQ) but that hasn't stopped them from either reaching that status, maintaining it, or getting even bigger. That's the nature of "real" sports and it's not limited to MMA. If anything, when the big stars do lose a fight, it creates more interest and gets people talking. When Rousey lost, it was huge news... way bigger than it would have been if she had just walked through another fighter. Besides, with ratings the way they are for the WWE, what does that say about their ability to tell stories the way they want to?

It wouldn't have for Habs fans though. Premier d-men are hard to come by so I don't think Bergevin trades PK unless he gets an equivalent defenseman back... Oilers are definitely lacking in that area.

It's OK, they didn't really want Stamkos anyway.

I f**king hate Lucic so for me this makes a bad day even worse.

I had faith in Chia... until that deal.

And they only have one backup O-line dressing. They better hope none of their hogs go down! -
I ended up paying the full amount. I didn't really have an excuse (i was leaving the school & about enter a 60 zone so i guess I didn't wait long enough to speed up) but I just wanted to say my piece. The crown was a bit of a d-bag (maybe cause I made him actually do his job since I was the only one who didn't take the deal?) but otherwise it was fine, I was only there for a couple hours at most.

That's the thing... in this case it can't cost you more than what you are already on the hook for. If you fight it, the cost can only go down, not up. For me, it's the principle of the photo radar that I don't like. Call it what it is, a cash grab but don't try to spin it as a safety thing. I got one photo radar ticket and I fought it. Not because I thought I was innocent or was looking for a way out but because I wanted my minute in court to tell them waht I thought of their "safety program". I could have taken the guilty with an explanation deal and saved myself a couple bucks if it was about the money.
-
Always fight it. Best case is that it gets thrown out, worst case is you cut a deal the day of court (they usually offer to let you plead guilty with an explanation for like half the cost). There's no interest applied and no discount if you pay quickly like they offer with parking tickets.

The Tully's are still family to the Stark's (Edmure is their uncle & the Blackfish was the great uncle) so they would probably still give it to him. The Blackfish died because of his own choice to stay when he could have lived to fight another day with Brienne. Being lord of a castle doesn't mean you have to live there 24/7. Tywin & Ned were both Hands of the King but still held Casterly Rock & Winterfell respectively.
-
She didn't look smitten to me. She looked nervous because little finger wants the iron throne and now her brother is an obstacle for him. As far as castles go, I would guess Sansa is no longer lady of winterfell. Jon, by being named king, would be lord. Sansa would still be lady Bolton though so there's the dreadfort. Edmure Tully would probably get river run back since he has a claim through blood and marriage (and he cooperated with Jamie). That same marriage might also give him claim to the twins if there are no more male freys. Casterly rock would go to tyrion if Jamie and cercei are wiped out.
-
Sansa is still married to Tyrion (as well as being Lady Bolton?) so her path in the future should be interesting. Littlefinger made a bit of a mistake in the finale when he told Sansa what his end game is. The look on her face at the end says she knows he's going to be a problem... at least that's what I got from it.

I'm not surprised at all. People are still talking about that episode and how good it was. I know a few people had to start watching the series for the 1st time because of all the talk. Most of them were going to watch when the series was done so they could binge watch but I guess they couldn't wait anymore!

Bombers add DB Terrence Frederick, release Louie Richardson

Not as of yet. -
There were 3 events that kicked off the rebellion. 1) Lyana rode off with or was kidnapped (depending on who is telling the story) by Rhaegar so that pissed Robert off because they were engaged to be married. 2) The Mad king killed Ned's father & older brother when they came looking for Lyana. 3) The Mad king ordered Jon Arryn to kill his Ned & Robert (who he pretty much raised as Wards of the Vale). Arryn refused and rose up with Ned & Robert.
-
Close but not quite. Jon is the grandson of the Mad King (Aerys) not his son. His dad was Rhaegar, the prince & heir to the iron throne. Rhaegar was the older brother of Dany, making Jon her nephew.

Bran is one option. When he got touched by the Night's King, that let them pass through the magic in the 3 eyed Raven's cave. The same magic is in the wall. The other option they have (and I don't think it's been mentioned in the show) is that there is supposedly a magic horn somewhere north of the wall that has the power to bring the wall crashing down. In the books, Mance Rayder says he has it and threatens to use it unless Jon Snow lets the wildlings through but it turns out to be a fake & they never found the real one so maybe the white walkers have it?
-
I think the Mountain is destined to meet his brother, now that the Hound has returned to the show and, like Jamie, is redeeming himself for some of the bad things he's done. It makes for a better fight than a one armed Jamie too.

They can go a couple ways with Jamie. If he dies, I think it'll be at Brienne's hands (based on the "next time we see other it will be on the battlefield" thing they did at river run a couple episodes ago. But if Tyrion is able to convince Danny to let him live, it might be as the newest member of the nights watch (assuming it's still needed after the fight against the white walkers). My money is on him getting killed though.
-
As far as how abruptly they ended that storyline goes, that's part of their M.O. The war of the 5 kings sure ended abruptly with the red wedding (maybe not officially since Stannis & greyjoy were still around). Ned stark's time on the show was ended rather quickly too! Cercei did say she chooses violence so it was definitely coming to a head.
-
If you remember the prophecy she talked about previously, the last part was that she would be killed by her little brother. People have always assumed that meant Tyrion but now....

Loved the finale tonight. Definitely had some trademark shockers that I didn't expect. I thought it was a great season overall and they did a lot to bring it back in line with the books. Next 2 seasons will only have 7 episodes each so I assume the pace will be fairly quickly.

I hope they're able to make more than 6 episodes next time. Loved letterkenny.
