Talk of a Fedor fight is pretty much just a pipe dream since Brock would still have been under contract to the UFC (even when he retired and went back to the WWE). They tried to set it up years ago but were never able to sign Fedor. Fedor is now with the new Rizin promotion and he fights UFC vet Fabio Maldonado on June 17th (ironically enough that fight will be shown on UFC's Fight Pass). Mark Hunt is the leading contender to fight Brock. He was asked to "get ready" for a fight at UFC 200 but wasn't/isn't allowed to talk about an opponent.

It could also be that they are just sticking with the generic upper or lower body injury tags rather than get specific as to why guys aren't on the field.

Isn't that a moot point since he already plead guilty? There already was a conviction, he just skipped the country before sentencing so unless they are going to re-try the whole case, I don't see what part she would play other than maybe a victim impact statement. They already have her grand jury testimony to go off of, which wasn't so positive for Polanski, so the prosecutor could just choose to use that.

In the short term, for me it's Dressler just based on veteran leadership. I can see Smith being here longer though and having a bigger impact in the long run.

Yep, I've been very impressed with SALTS. It does have some hiccups but very minor ones that are more personal preference (like having to manually mark a show as watched rather than it doing it automatically).

To each their own. As long as it's not illegal, I'll continue to use it. And in my case, I still pay for my cable package & netflix, go to a **** ton of movies in the theatre and still buy movies to add to my blu-ray collection so it's not like I'm not paying for the majority of my viewing habits. For me, it's simply an additional source. If there's a show I want to watch & we don't get it here, I'll use Kodi. My wife, for example, loves a lot of BBC shows that she can't get in Canada so that's what she uses if for.

It still comes down to who has the legal right. A movie trailer is made by the studio that owns the film while most highlight videos are made by some fan splicing together videos they don't have permission for.

From a legal perspective, for the viewer it's not any different. Have you ever watched any hockey highlight videos on youtube? Do you think the people who create those always have the right to put them online?

From what I've read, not all 25 guys who went in, had sex with her. It seems like only a handful did and the rest just watched/recorded it. Not that it makes any difference what the actual number was, it was still multiple guys with a bunch of others encouraging it and posting it online.

For you and I, it's no different than going to youtube and watching a video. You are simply viewing something someone else has made available. If the uploader doesn't have the proper rights, the video will be taken down and they would be the ones to get in trouble.
