The increased TV revenue should mean more money for the players but it's up to the CFLPA to decide how they want to allocate it. They largely do put increases towards the cap though so I would expect another decent jump next year.

Yes, they've had fights on there for years. They've aired a ton of big boxing matches (Canelo often has his fights on there) and have even shown UFC stuff (for non-US markets) in the past but it's mainly Bellator, PFL & KSW for MMA.

If he thinks Elgersma was handed the QB2 spot & he's not willing to compete for a QB3 spot here, I don't see where else Wilson could land. The Western teams (except maybe Edmonton) don't have a very experienced QB room but I can't imagine he's going to come in late and beat out someone with similar experience and more familiarity with the respective playbooks. Some QB's going down with injury down the road might be his best (only?) shot at getting signed somewhere.
