This. Being an official in any sport is almost always a thankless job but you know that when you sign up. If you do your job properly you are invisible but when you make a mistake you're in the spotlight. If that's not for you, then find another job.

Yep, people have said this is one of the deeper drafts over the last decade so a high pick last year might not have been so high this year. I'm good with what we walked away with, all things considered.

IIRC, he was more critical of the team before he was released than he was after. Darren Cameron's article mentions that he got in trouble with Mack/Burke for tweeting stuff about players they cut & how Huff wouldn't put up with that kind of stuff. Jovon has been much more vocal since leaving than Hefney ever was.
