Wondered who would be the first to post this. Can't say I'm surprised.

All parts of Southern BC are getting hard hit with flooding this year. We had ~200% snowpack and a decent heat wave.

Great movie. Will see it again. But this time I'll wait until the Jets are done their run instead of going on the night they go into frikken double OT. Made for a late night watching it on PVR after the movie. Definitely need to have followed along for the last few years for it Banner trying to Hulk out was priceless. To see Hulk so scared to come out was great. Not sure if Loki is dead or not. He's faked it so many times before I do think this one might stick, but I know a lot of people don't agree. Can't wait a year for the conclusion. Man it's gonna be tough.

Anyone else think Buff kinda went back to his old ways? Dumb penalty and them missing on the one Wild goal? Hoping he looks at it vs. this season and picks his play up going forward. He had such a good year. Nice hits though.

Can Boston knock us out of 2nd overall? What's the tiebreaker for that? Just curious as we'd end up with the same points, ROW and one more Reg win.

I've got a picture of a blistered foot somewhere from my first visit there. But I didn't realize there is a monorail just at the back of the hotels that goes the full length of the strip. Found it my last day there. I was camping at a local trailer park, so had my truck. I could only park next to the MGM and walked that strip a few times a day. The Monorail would have been a good idea to use. And it was cheap too.

Yeah, I got in there it was just the Lake Louise one I was fussing about, but it opened the same time so I'm all good. Kootney park open for res tomorrow so still some to make.

Is there a site that says when the individual parks are open for reservations? Trying to get into Banff and it says they are closed for reservations and will open Wed January 11, 2017, so not much use. Edit: Not Banff but Lake Louise. I see Banff opens in 45 mins.

I liked it. Lots unexpected. Killing Snoke (not Smoke) the biggest twist, although consistent with the Syth mythology. They didn't need the little bird things. I think they put them in just to have them in the trailer. Not sure they aren't going to do something different with Rey's parents or if that was the story. Not sure if it was a lie by Kilo. I want them to send Leia off properly in the last movie. Use CGI if you have to but don't just drop her. The character and the actress deserve better. But I do like how they are not scared to kill off both old characters (Luke) and new (the Admiral and the mechanic girl).

I know I was at the 2011 Grey cup, but I don't remember a hell of a lot of it. I blame KBF for that.

I"m kinda halfway. Never read "comics" but have watched all the "cartoons" of both. The DC cartoons don't suck anywhere near as bad as the movies, but I don't care about Cyborg. Why did they use him over GL? For me, I was ready to get into the DC world as well as MCU, but the movies have just been bad. SS was terrible and about characters I didn't know, except Quinn. BVS was horrid and had no reason behind it. At least Civil War had a reason for Stark to fight Rogers. Still haven't seen JL, but I will.

Nothing I can put words to, but he did not do it for me. Reeves was better at the Clark side. And I didn't buy Cavill as Superman.

I think part of the reason Marvel has worked is they've done a better job at casting. RDJr works as Stark and I'd be hard pressed to think of anyone who can do it better. Same for Thor, Cpt America, Black Widow and Ruffalo as Hulk (finally got that one right). Kinda like Stewart as Prof X and Jackman as Wolverine. Oh, And Reynolds as Deadpool. Affleck as Batman is okay, but not a slam dunk. Can't even think of the actor's name playing Superman, that's how memorable he is in the role. Gadot as WW works very well. Ahh. Got no plans tonight. Maybe I should see JL for something to do.

So saw Thor Ragnarok. Good film. Wife was laughing through it so that's a good sign. Didn't do much to further the Infinity stone storyline. Couple of things is all. Yeah, stay through all the credits to see both the teaser and then the funny bit. Don't leave after the teaser.

It is getting better, in my opinion. I think they figured out they are not Galaxy Quest. Mind you, the statue humping was out of place.

You gotta give a shout out to the one real trooper last night, Sara Orlesky. Man her lips looked blue on the big screen last night.
