Have you not been paying attention to how the BB operate? If MOS gets fired, Lapo IS the new HC. At the gut level, I don't like this hire. He's been here, done that twice. I don't want a rookie OC, as I don't think that would support MOS enough, but I also didn't want the next, easy HC, which Lapo might be. I get that there is not a lot of choices out there. This may have been the best guy available. Just can't get excited for the hire and think we will have another meehh year.

I was given this game in the early 60's as a Xmas present. I was all excited until you plug the game in , line the guys up, turn it on & then the board starts vibrating & the players go wherever they want. Swich it off line the guys up, turn it on & away they go again. Played the game for 10 minutes got bored then put it away never to play it again. Mine had cardboard templates you could use to set up the players. The QB could throw the ball, the kicker could kick. Still a useless game but I do remember playing it a fair bit.

Those of you saying things have changed from 2014, what (besides what Westerman said) can you point to as the actual changes? Yes our top 3 have 2 more years of experience, but they gained experience at losing. So I don't think 2 years of **** on the field performance accounts for a lot. I have to discount what Westerman said somewhat as I don't know if he is being honest or just trying to talk up his team? We threw a good chunk of money at him and I'm not sure that isn't what he sees when he talks about a NFL like team. Not saying that is all it is, just that I have no way of knowing. So what is different? What would a potential OC with experience look at and say "okay, things have changed in the management"? We got Hall because of the timing. We couldn't get a replacement STC so MOS had to take over. We kept MB much longer than we should have. I still see revolving doors at the coaching level. I doubt MOS will last 2016 and will be very disappointed if he is extended now based on the last 2 years. I don't want to be down on the team. Been a bombers fan as long as I remember, which is longer than a good chunk of folks here have been alive. So explain to me how things are different.

Much better than .500. I'd say 11-7 for an automatic extension. Now, if he gets to 9-9, that doesn't mean he is let go, just that the decision is not set in stone beforehand. Anything less than 11-7 means his re-hiring is up for discussion. Put the 11-7 in writing now.

I agree with this. He needs to be QB coach first. And no to the re-treads.

I hope the first one to come out is not a rookie but is an established player whose value to his team is established. Doesn't have to be a star but should be someone who has played for a while. And they should come out to the team first, then the players go to the media as a group. Then the players tells the media it isn't a big deal and to f-off about it. It isn't worthy of the circus Sam got.
